The bike tour was the perfect way to see the City of San Sebastián. Our tour guide was excellent and very knowledgable about the city. The bike path system is so extensive that we never had to use the same right of way as the cars. We were very happy that we chose this tour.

Beautiful scenery with challenging, yet manageable routes through amazing scenery. We cycled with our two teenage daughters (14, 16) who loved every minute of it. Being based in one hotel was very nice, and each day proved to be an entirely different experience. We were grateful to have this beautiful opportunity

· Danube Bike Path 8 Nights (Upscale Lodging)
This is our 3rd this type tour and for sure our favorite. The Danube cycle path is perfect… gorgeous scenery, flat, paved. We loved the small towns and the accommodations. Would highly recommend. Oh… the bikes were great too.

This is our 4th Bike Tours trip and absolutely the best. The Aegean Sea is beautiful, crystal clear and perfect for a swim after a day's ride. Our home for the week, the Magellan, is a super nice motor yacht. The food was top shelf, as was the crew. The bikes were the best and perfect for the variety of biking conditions. Our guides were fun, knowledgeable and made sure that we had a great ride everyday. After we had a long ride, they would find the perfect spot to stop and take a swim. We took an optional day off from riding to go rafting through the deep and beautiful Cetina Canyon. It was so much fun! We had really interesting, guided, tours of Split and Trogir, both ancient towns dating from pre-Christian time. One day we stopped for a visit with a bee keeper who's family had been bee keeping for 90 years. All in all, this was a really great trip, the biking, the food, the water, the boat, the many new friends all made for lasting memories.

· River Vecht Bike Tour Utrecht
This was our favorite day of the trip by far. My mom and I spent the day with Raphael who knew everything about Utrecht and the region. He was prepared with laminated slides to give us visuals of the history and shared such vivid and interesting stories. He showed us such special and unique places in the region, we felt like we really got to know the area. He was also incredibly adaptable to the speed we wanted to go and kept the day fun and active!

First time “boat and bike” but not the last!

We are in our 60’s and are not avid bikers. We are active but live in a flat part of the world. I searched the internet and chanced upon this trip with the intent of biking around the islands in Croatia.
It was perfect for us. We had the opportunity to see parts of 5 islands that we would never have seen island hopping on the ferries. Our guides helped to elevate the trip by educating us throughout our adventure.
The boat: very comfortable, clean, AC helped, awesome food-nice variety, kind and thoughtful staff including the captain who gave my husband a tour of the engine room. Additionally, we had the opportunity to jump off the stern and swim in the Adriatic. The common areas allowed folks(21 of us) to congregate in a variety of places….sun deck up top, enclosed dining area, open dining/socializing area and additional bow , stern, port or starboard places. There were bars and clips to hang clothing to dry. We also brought our own elasticized laundry line which was nice.
The food: daily breakfast had a nice variety from yogurt, fruit and granola to eggs, cheeses, bread, veggies, bacon and sausages. The chef could accommodate a couple of folks who had some dietary needs. Sometimes we had lunch or dinner on the boat and a couple of days we had all 3 meals. The food was great and we did NOT lose weight despite our daily energy expenditure!
The crew: kind, always smiling, hard working and willing to help if they could.
The bikes: E-bikes are the best. They made biking up the hilly parts a breeze. One can work as much or as little as desired. One person chose to use a gravel bike…that is not for everyone but our guy was a biking beast!
Free time/other activities: there is plenty of opportunity to take a siesta if needed. The pace is not grueling at all. On the one long day, we had a lunch stop for several hours which included some swim time. There were 3 guided tours at different towns. These were nice to help get a historical perspective as the islands are loaded with history( Diocletian, Marco Polo, Romans, Greeks, aquaducts, midieval castles, etc).
The guides: as mentioned above, they were awesome. Both were from the Dalmatian area and were very knowledgeable. We felt very safe in their hands. Their communication with us was stellar. We always knew what to expect(daily schedules, length and difficulty of rides, bike riding safety tips)and were given recommendations of restaurants, beaches , bars or other places of interest at each port.
We loved the trip and look forward to another with this company. The Magellan crew has set a high bar!!!

Of the world. In a world where everything is about looking at devices, soending 5 days with ny kids biking through this beautiful lakes and mountains was more than amazing. A wonderful way to experience the sights, smells & sounds of a beautiful country - this is a very well put-together tour programme that has real variety. The various ferry rides were great fun - such quiet impressive vessels & so easy to use. The natural scenery is breath-taking & builds very nicely from the time you arrive in Bergen to the final day riding the amazing Romantic route - both so memorable. A special shout-out to the tour operator, who are the host providers for this ride. They are wonderful people - so warm, welcoming & helpful. They really did add significantly to our enjoyment of this highly recommended ride. Thank you so much for your superb hospitality. Staying in some of the most amazing hotels notably the Kviknes, Walaker & Hofslund Fjord was truly a very special unique experience. We will always remember the many swims we had in those stunning fiords & the awesome beauty of Norway.

· Danube Cycle Path Passau – Budapest
The two-week biking trip through the four countries was magical. The stretch from Passau, Germany to Vienna, Austria was particularly beautiful with small villages, sunflower fields, orchards, vineyards, monasteries, ruins, churches, and lively and interesting cities. All logistical components went smoothly; bikes were new and well-maintained. Each hotel had its own charm. The mix of small villages, mid-sized towns, and capital cities provided lots of variety and opportunities for different types of activities for each member of our 4-person team. Highly recommend this experience for those who want a more intimate look/experience in Central Europe.

A beautiful trip with a wonderful guide! The scenery was amazing. It seemed there was a castle around every corner. Sam, our guide was exceptional! Stayed in a couple cool hotels and the food was really good. The French were very friendly and hospitable. I had a great time.

· Mosel Bike Path: Dreamy Mosel Valley from Trier to Koblenz
We recently completed a cycling trip from Trier to Koblenz, passing through the Moselle Valley. The experience was excellent overall—well-organized, scenic, and relaxing.
The bikes we hired were in good condition and comfortable for long days of riding. The bike paths along the Moselle were easy to follow, mostly flat, and well signposted, making navigation simple even without GPS.
Accommodation throughout the trip was high quality. We especially liked the Kessler-Meyer Wellness Hotel in Cochem, which had great facilities and a comfortable atmosphere. Another highlight was the Hotel Richtershof in Mülheim, which offered a very good wine list and a relaxing setting. In Koblenz, we stayed at the Mercure Hotel, which was conveniently located near the river and a short walk from the Deutsches Eck.
One of the highlights of the trip was a wine tasting in Traben-Trarbach, where we had the chance to sample local Rieslings. After reaching Koblenz by bike, we took the ferry along the Rhine and cycling back to the city—an enjoyable way to see a different stretch of river scenery.
The only small issue we encountered was that the bikes weren't waiting for us at the starting hotel in Trier. However, the rental company responded quickly, and the bikes were delivered within a few hours.
Overall, this was a smooth and enjoyable trip. The combination of good bikes, quality hotels, and a scenic, easy-to-navigate route made for a great experience.

Lovely cycle along the Danube
· Danube Cycle Path Passau – Budapest
We took the upgraded option of gravel bikes and were very glad we did - they were great. The luggage transfer was very efficient and was almost always at our hotel before we were, even on the days we arrived early. We took the 3 star hotel option and the comfort level was fine. We really enjoyed some of the hotels we stayed in along the way. The cycling isn’t difficult and the distances are mostly short although some days were very hot in June so frequent drink and ice cream stops were required. I had downloaded the bike routes to my garmin to follow for easy navigation from hotel to hotel. We enjoyed having each afternoon and evening free to explore the next area and the cuisine. The only thing we would have changed would be to have an extra night in Bratislava which could have been arranged if we had thought of it earlier. Overall an excellent and well organised trip with good communication from the tour operator.

The logistics were as described and the tour operator was highly responsive when we had a question about a bike three days into the trip. Each night of lodging and breakfast each morning were terrific. The navigation through the trip app was easy to follow. Overall, it was an excellent cultural experience that was low stress.

Our first trip to Belgium, Holland and the city of Amsterdam. What an amazing way to travel. Each day was filled so many local and historical sites and information through our lovely tour guides. It was structured and accommodating for all abilities of riders. The boat was immaculate and the staff worked hard to greet us in the morning and back after our daily rides.

We were able to explore the countryside of Belgium and the Netherlands in ways that a car trip would not have allowed us, plus staying on a very comfortable boat, with great food and the possibility of making good friends! It is an easy track for those who are not very athletic but are used to biking.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay on the Caprice. Georgio was our guide and I don't think we could have enjoyed anyone better. He is very knowledgeable and witty! We would love to ride another tour with him in the future. We were a group of 5 and we all had the best experience. The Caprice staff treated us very well. The ship was always clean and comfy. The post ride snacks were perfect after riding in 97-degree weather every day. All the food was more than we expected, and we were thrilled with the vegetarian options for those of us that are veggie preferred people!
Still going thru all the photos and reliving the trip. We made great memories and hope to meet up with Georgio again in the near future. Thank you all for this very memorable trip.- Countries included in this tour?

· Highlights of the Highlands: Donegal by E-bike
We spent 9 wonderful days discovering Donegal region. Landscapes are amazing, between sea and wild land, mostly on small roads.
Organization was perfect, with good quality e-bikes, perfect indications and maps + GPS to follow the path., luggage always there when we arrive at hotel or B&B, globally good accommodation.

Some advices : have a good equipment in case of rain showers and mind the sheep : they are unpredictable :). And Donegal is not flat : you may have to use Sport mode on the Ebike :)- Countries included in this tour?

· Sweden’s West Coast: Helsingborg to Gothenburg
It was a great way to see Sweden. I wish we had stayed an extra night or 2 along the way so we'd have more time to explore these lovely towns. The bike path was fun and easy, the hotels good. I would have preferred a lighter faster bike to ride, and I tried to get a preview of the bike before we left but that didn't happen. We had a great time anyways.
