Fantastic crew and passengers!
German Wine Country along the Saar & Mosel Rivers
The crew on the Zwaan were amazing! Captain Reinold was gracious and did an excellent job at navigating the boat through the locks and moorings. Sabine the assistant did an amazing job at making us comfortable on the boat. How she managed to do many jobs with ease was a skill to admire. Theo the chef introduced us to many dishes from around the world that were delicious . Piet the bike guide showed us many different sites and managed to keep us together as a group even though we had various abilities. So grateful we had pleasure of pedaling and sharing meals with the other guests! They each brought something unique to the table. This trip was an amazing adventure that we will remember and share with family and friends. Thank you for an awesome adventure!!

Wonderful experience
Pearls of Dalmatia by Bike and Boat, Romantica
The guides were wonderful! The rides challenging. I rode a regular bike, my wife an e-bike. We were both pleasantly challenged. Only an in shape experienced cyclist should try a regular bike. Elevation gain over distance is considerable. Beautiful views, nice villages.
We had below deck rooms. I don’t recommend them. At one point the sewage backed up into our toilet and the smell was awful. They repaired it in several hours.
The reason given was: it’s an old boat and the seals are not good. There is a new owner who needs to fix this!
Meals were plentiful. Breakfasts very good. Dinners were simple and adequate. Lots of grilled or fried fish and meat.- What was the date of your tour?

Mosel Wine and Cake
Mosel & Saar by Bike & Boat
The staff on the boat spoke English and most, including our guide were completely fluent. Language was not an issue. The food was varied and healthy, although favorite part of the services onboard was tea and cake at 3pm. Although they were comfortable to sit on, the bicycles were quite heavy. Not a big deal on the flat route we were biking, but they did require more effort to pedal than I would have preferred.

Way ahead of expectations!
Greek Island Adventure by Bike and Sail
Our boat was beautiful and very comfortable with lots of gathering spaces, excellent food, friendly staff and guides. Our daily rides were well explained and designed with consideration of the groups abilities and interests.
All in all though it was the people taking care of us that made the difference. Each one appeared to be looking for ways to help or support our experience.

Pearls of Dalmatia by Bike and Boat, Romantica
The islands are a must see if traveling to Croatia. This tour made it so easy to enjoy. The guides were excellent. They were patient, answered questions thoroughly, did a good job trouble shooting, giving us anticipatory guidance and let us go at the pace that was comfortable to us. We were able to stop frequently for photos. We've never done a guided tour before and planned to DIY on the islands. It would have been much more difficult trying to coordinate catching the few ferries that take bikes if we did it on our own. It was great to not worry about navigation, accommodations, etc. We just pedaled, ate, enjoyed and repeated. Only 3 of us used regular bikes. The other 20+ riders used e-bikes and had varying experience cycling
