Great trip in every way. Weather a bit dicy on day one but we cycled nevertheless. All other days had post card perfect weather. Scenery fantastic, food on board met every expectations, boat staff very accommodating, bikes a bit aged but nothing serious, wifi on board could be improved. Met very nice, friendly, and interesting people - we were 2 of the 6 Americans on board. This was our 6th bike trip with BikeTours (first boat and bike). Original boat was MS Carissiama, but upgraded to Swiss Crown. beautiful "long boat"! Already contemplating the next trip for next year -- maybe Majorca, Spain in the spring...

An amazing trip, blessed with great weather, the trip exceeded our expectations. The bikes were really good, the guides and crew were amazing, always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The sightseeing was outstanding. The boat (Magnifique IV) was so nice and the food was tremendous.

It's so nice to be pampered and set up for success on an adventure that includes zero daily packing/unpacking and great routes on a bike. The meals were way above expectations and the e-bikes were perfect.
It would be nice if the information about fees for ferries, bus, etc. with the required currencies could be included accurately in the pre-trip materials or the navigation app.

We loved biking a different island everyday with expert guides who shared culture and provided authentic experiences and allowed village cafe time. Coming home everyday to your nice cabin on the boat was ideal and swimming was refreshing. Loved having the saloon available all day for refreshments and enjoyed the meals but it's quite a lot of food and more than we typically intake even when biking every day. 2 weeks really allows immersion which we thrive on. Zivjeli!

This was a fascinating overview of eastern Germany, with the addition of a couple days in Poland, where we learned so much about the GDR era. The Merlijn is a beautiful ship, and the crew catered to all of our needs. The guide was an upbeat, knowledgeable Dutch woman who kept us laughing. The bicycles were perfect for the job. And the meals were heavenly!

This was the most wonderful way to experience the Mosel River area. Our cabins on the Princesse Royal were quite comfortable and spacious, including the private bathroom. The boat was beautiful and accommodating, and the meals were perfect for bicyclists. We appreciated the option to cycle on our own, but could join either group if we chose. The guides were energetic, helpful and entertaining. And the rest of the staff were very accommodating and friendly. And we were so impressed with our fellow travelers on the boat. Apparently they have hit the sweet spot with marketing and attract the most interesting types of cyclists.

Everything about this trip was 100%. The rides were spectacular. Our guides and all the staff on the boat were really great. The ship was so comfortable. Chrisya made sure everything and everyone’s needs were met. And my fellow passengers were all lovely people. 13 people and 7 different nationalities made it really fun and interesting.

Mainly a tour of the countryside of northeastern Germany. The boat was built about 100 years ago. It is evident that the boat has been totally remodeled. The cabins are very large with lots of open space. The bathroom was about the same size as on other boats. The food was well above average for bike tours I have taken in the past. The bikes used appeared to be new for the current season but were a bit on the heavy side. The bike route part of the trip contained more sections with pebble or uneven stone pavement surfaces than expected.

This was a marvelous tour of Holland for an entire family: Grandparents through grandchildren - youngest age 12. Every one was ecstatic about the tour. Our guide outstanding, countryside beautiful, accommodations first rate and, best of all, the food was a treasure.

The barge was small and intimate,comfortable and well maintained,the meals were to die for ,thank you Sylvie and Irene. The whole trip was wonderful,bikes were fine,so much to see,our guide was so much fun,he worked tirelessly to make the trip memorable,and made us a video at the end.Thank you Hugo.

we thoroughly enjoyed this trip, from the greeting on the first day to the tearful goodbyes on the last. We can’t say enough about the crew on the Magnifique IV, they were so busy yet did a great job!! Our tour guides for the bikes were a blast, made the kilometers melt away. We would do again in a heartbeat!!

We had an amazing trip on the Swiss Crown. The food was above and beyond! All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The bikes were in great shape and checked daily. Everything was clean and organized. The wifi was unreliable and app provided for navigation didn’t always work for us. I was happy to have preloaded the routes on my Naviki app. We had purchased an e-sim which worked well. Having said that we would do it again, and probably will book a different trip with this company. They were awesome

We had a wonderful trip with an amazing crew who worked in unison to make all the guests feel welcome. The tour leaders, Tammy and Peter, were fantastic and had intimate knowledge of the communities and sights along the bike routes. Their personal connections provided unique experiences that would otherwise have been missed. They were patient and personable even after their very long days!

Amazing bike and barge trip!

My husband and I loved every minute of it! Fantastic crew, who looked after every single thing on our bike and barge tour.
Love cycling every day through beautiful historic areas and quiet countryside. Couldn’t get over the green lush areas, and always fun to cycle by the many canals!
The barge was spacious and had many very nice outdoor areas to lounge and relax.
Very talented and hard-working guides, hostesses, chef and captain!
Can’t wait to book our next tour!
