Best bike and boat tour we've done!
National Parks of Dalmatia by Bike/E-bike and Boat
This was an absolutely fabulous tour. The scenery, the boat, the cycling, and other activities such as park tours, hikes, swimming, paddle boarding and city tours were just perfect. The guides were knowledgeable and made our days safe and fun in what could be fairly challenging cycling. We booked with a group of 22 people and there were another 10 people on our boat. We all had an absolute blast! Highly recommend this tour!

Relaxing tour around the Netherlands
Tulip Tour on the Magnifique II, III, & IV
Early April in the Netherlands is beautiful and unpredictable. Our tour group navigated our day to day travel perfectly. They adjusted to the riders, weather, and many other factors with grace and positive attitudes. I think the tours themselves attract positive people who are flexible and willing to adjust, because this group of strangers from all over Europe and the US got along like a group of old friends. At the end of the day we enjoys 3 to 4 course amazing meals and shared stories from home. The tulips, windmills, gardens, and towns were great to see, but it was the people that made this tour so amazing. A huge thanks to everyone that worked the Magnifique II during my tour.

Great value, relaxing scenic tour
Amsterdam – Bruges by Bike and Boat – Princesse Royal
Our first boat-bike tour, this was a wonderful experience. The guide was perfect - knowledgeable, personable, and fluent in all languages spoken among the 30+ passengers. Provided urban bikes are comfortable and appropriate for the type of ride. The pace is leisurely (no hard-core exertion here). Protected bike paths meander through beautiful agricultural country and behind meticulously tended garden backyards. Meals were astonishingly good, with all manner of breakfast foods and four-course gourmet dinners. Our only suggestion is to find ways for smaller groups to travel off on their

Everything Was Perfect!
National Parks of Dalmatia by Bike/E-bike and Boat
This was a family bike trip with 11 people ages 13 to 88 and it was perfect for everyone. The Dalmatian coast is the most beautiful in the world. The towns are interesting and best of all it was the World Cup and Croatia was winning. Each day we biked from 9 to 1 with a coffee (or ice cream) break in the middle. The terrain was challenging and three of us were happy to have bikes which worked perfectly. In the afternoon we could relax or hike or explore a town or village.The boat, the Melody, was wonderful with roomy cabins and bathrooms, a hot tub and an excellent masseuse. The captain and crew were pleasant to deal with , the food was excellent and our two biking guides were really terrific.

Amazing Trip!
National Parks of Dalmatia by Bike/E-bike and Boat
An incredible way to explore the coast of Croatia, including several islands and national parks. What a beautiful country! Our guides, Tara and Serge were the best - well organized, great communicators, personable and fun! The Magellan is a beautiful boat, well equipped, with a great crew. The food was fabulous. Our e-bikes were very comfortable and the daily mileage was very manageable. It was nice to have time for the walking tours, exploring the towns on our own and eating dinner in the local establishments several nights during the trip. We went at the end of August and the weather was perfect, in the 80s, which meant we could swim off the ship in the Adriatic Sea every day. A big bonus! Definitely recommend this trip with no hesitation.

I looked forward to this trip for a long time and I was not disappointed. The tour guide was helpful; the meals had added touches; the staff serving were great; the bikes were well maintained.

Exceeded All Expectations
Bike and Boat Croatia’s Dalmatia Coast
This bike-boat tour was exceptional in ALL aspects. The Romantica was well crewed...the chef prepared outstanding and delicious meals...our tour guides, Senad and Luka, were extremely knowledgeable, engaging, humorous, and all -around good guys who wanted us to have an unbelievable experience, which we did. For non-regular bike riders, the e-bikes were a Godsend. We had so many enrichment activities...bee keeper, wine tasting, chocolate tasting, tour of boat engine room, Croatian language and history lessons, kayaking, river rafting, organic farm lunch, special group Peka dinner, after ride swimming in the Adriatic...that were artfully and skillfully woven into the tapestry of our journey. Well done. We will definitely do this again! Thank you Jim of Biketours for making this happen.

Great way to explore a foreign country
Holland’s Super Tulip Tour
A really enjoyable way to discover a new country. We were fortunate to have a very helpful tour guide ,along with a first class chef providing excellent meals as well as very helpful barge staff. Our boat the Anna Anatel accomadated 17 guests and was an ideal group size for this type of activity.

Wonderful Bike and Barge Experience!
Amsterdam – Bruges by Bike and Boat – Magnifique IV (and reverse)
I participated in the Bruge to Amsterdam Bike and Barge Tour and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The ship was lovely and I was impressed by the room and the lovely ensuite bathroom. The bikes were great and when I asked if it would be possible to switch to an electric bike - there was no problem. The guides - Anna and Hairy were knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. The staff on board the ship were polite, professional, and always willing to help in any way. The chef was extraordinary - lovely dinners each night beautifully presented. I loved the flavoured water and snacks available at the end of each ride. The stops we made along the way were interesting and often historic. I really appreciated the stop at the graveyard where so many young Canadian soldiers were buried - it was very touching. The stop at the dairy farm where they make Gouda was amazing. I think we were exposed to a great deal of the countryside and culture of the countries we visited. A thoroughly satisfying and wonderful trip.

Let the good times roll!!

The trip was amazing. You could really feel the love for their country coming from our guides. They adjusted itinerary so we got rides in even when the weather threatened to cancel. I feel like they also accommodated the fact that this group really seemed to enjoy swimming int he sea. The ships crew took care of everything in the back ground. Amazing food and service.

This trip was great! The boat was very nice and comfortable, bikes were sturdy and visits with local guides outstanding. The paper route was not great but the app seemed to be more accurate. The daily briefings could have been more detailed.

Fabulous and exceeded expectations
Danube Delights: Biking through Four Countries
From the moment we arrived on board I felt welcomed. The entire staff went out of their way to answer questions, offer help and with a smile. The captain took his job very serious, but also had a sense of humor. Our director, Leslie, kept us laughing as he presented valuable information on the boat, bike routes, city tours, etc. The actives on board like 70 & 80's music night and karaoke night were so much fun. I have not danced and laughed so much in years. I will be going again and have already told many friends they need to book this trip!

Experiencing the beautiful Greek Islands by boat and bike with a fabulous group of people on a wonderful boat with food that was delicious - what a trip! Words I'd use to express the crew include loving, caring, fun, always giving their best, working around the clock, AMAZING. The chef and food were extraordinary, every meal was a delight. The Captain carefully arranged destinations to offer us the best possible experiences. The guides were safety conscious and just fabulous. We were cared for in a way that is hard to describe.
