So much fun!
Holland’s Southern Relax Tulip Tour
What a lovely way to get to know Holland. Our guide, Arie, was excellent - warm, knowledgeable, funny, and kind. The chef, Emile, was fantastic. I didn’t expect such delicious, thoughtful meals. He accommodated everyone with a smile, and was extremely helpful.
The cycling days were just right - a good mix of countryside, small towns, canals, and windmills pretty much every day. Arie was patient with the group and made sure everyone was comfortable. Staying on the barge was convenient, since it meant we could unpack our things.
The barge experienced some mechanical challenges, but the captain and crew were responsive, positive, and communicative throughout. I don’t feel it negatively impacted the tour.- What was the date of your tour?

I highly recommend this bike and barge. It is so nice to have the barge to come back to every night with food and drinks waiting. To not have tool pack up each day made for a much more leisurely trip. The weather was perfect and the guides excellent.

Dream cycling trip
Danube Delights: Biking through Four Countries
There was no surprise that cycling along the Danube through 4 Countries would be amazing, but the whole boat experience was fantastic.
The boat was in pristine condition and a lot bigger than I ever imagined, combine that with the most friendly helpful staff and top quality restaurants level food every day.
I was mainly going for the bike riding, but honestly I could have really enjoyed myself almost as much by staying on the boat and not riding at all. I will definitely book another trip in the near future. -

Amsterdam – Bruges by Bike and Boat – Princesse Royal
My husband and I booked this trip with several friends but we made many new friends on the trip. The guides were so knowledgeable and they too became friends. Each day we would start with a delicious breakfast, make our sack lunch and head out to get our bikes. The days were filled with wonderful cities and gorgeous countrysides. I don’t think you could have this kind of experience in a car or bus. We would have a morning break for coffee and later a stop for lunch either in city pubs or country inns. We returned back to the boat to find appetizers and the bar ready to receive orders. We could return to the comfort of our room for a hot shower or go in the hot tub. Always places you could find to be alone. The days followed the same routine, but the sites an food were always changing. Speaking of food, our chef did a fantastic job cooking for all 30 of us. The ship Captain and crew all pitched in to get our meals out quickly. Evening were sometimes optional tours or casual strolls along the water. Each day was magical.

Excellent cycle tour
Bruges – Amsterdam by Bike and Boat
Such a great way to experience a country! Easy cycling with great sights and experiences. The group wasn't too big, the boat was comfortable and the food was healthy and delicious. The guide kept us moving along excellent trails and he found good places for us to lunch. All the sights he stopped at were very interesting.

Amazing Croatian Cycle Adventure
National Parks of Dalmatia by Bike/E-bike and Boat
So many positives to share... we did this tour with a group of friends, many of which had not been to Croatia, so it was a new experience. The itinerary was a nice combination of small villages, a fewer larger cities (Zadar and Sibenik) along the beautiful coastline of Dalmatia.
The riding was not difficult, but we live in mountains and ride regularly. Most of the group had eBikes, with the exception of a few of us. Compared to other bike tours we have done, this was predominantly on roads, which is a bit of a bummer, as other parts of Europe have so many dedicated cycle paths. In that sense, Croatia is a bit behind, but the roads were not terribly busy.
Our guides were fantastic, especially Toni, who is the epitome of a great tour guide. Safety first, great sense of humor, conversant in English, German and Croatian, very knowledgeable and plays the guitar and sings - what more could you ask for??? Ziva was new to the company, but her heart was in the right place and she did a great job of bringing up the rear.
Food was very good and plentiful - it was the first bike tour I’ve done where I’ve gained weight! Weather was amazing, sunny and in the 80’s everyday.
Opportunities to make this a better experience are few, but I’ll mention them... bottled water dispersed in the morning could have been cold, hard to drink warm water on a hot ride... hot tub was not filled and when we requested it, it was filled but cold. Funny dichotomy- drinking water was warm and jacuzzi water was cold. The lighting in the dining room was bright and fluorescent, not an issue for breakfast or lunch but it would have been nice to have it on dimmers for dinner. And last but not least, I would have like a bit more riding, but that’s me. Longest day is 20 miles.

Great, relaxing way to see the countryside.
Guides were very knowledgeable and helpful.
Boat was lovely with a great crew, especially the chef. ..we were catered for very well.
Cabins were comfortable, although I was unlucky, as mine was close to a generator or something similar, which made it difficult to sleep.

Cities, countryside all by bicycle and cruise! Unpack just once!
Amsterdam – Bruges by Bike and Boat – Princesse Royal
This was a wonderful week of exercise and fresh air through the countryside as well as major cities of Belgium in a small group setting of approx 35 passengers. The Magnifique II is well equipped with all the comforts of a small ship. The staff/crew were attentive and always had a smile and warm greeting. The food was prepared and presented as well as one would find in most fine dining establishments. We met many wonderful people from all over the world. As a bonus they offered both guided and self-guided biking as well as longer and shorter routes. We've done other hotel to hotel bike tours but the value of being on the boat and unpacking just once really gave this trip extra value and convenience. We will do another bike/boat trip in the future.

One of the most memorable vacations ever
Amsterdam & The Sea by Bike and Boat
This was a marvelous tour of Holland for an entire family: Grandparents through grandchildren - youngest age 12. Every one was ecstatic about the tour. Our guide outstanding, countryside beautiful, accommodations first rate and, best of all, the food was a treasure.

Absolutely fabulous

The barge was small and intimate,comfortable and well maintained,the meals were to die for ,thank you Sylvie and Irene. The whole trip was wonderful,bikes were fine,so much to see,our guide was so much fun,he worked tirelessly to make the trip memorable,and made us a video at the end.Thank you Hugo.

A fantastic trip!!!
Amsterdam – Bruges by Bike and Boat – Magnifique IV (and reverse)
we thoroughly enjoyed this trip, from the greeting on the first day to the tearful goodbyes on the last. We can’t say enough about the crew on the Magnifique IV, they were so busy yet did a great job!! Our tour guides for the bikes were a blast, made the kilometers melt away. We would do again in a heartbeat!!

We had an amazing trip on the Swiss Crown. The food was above and beyond! All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The bikes were in great shape and checked daily. Everything was clean and organized. The wifi was unreliable and app provided for navigation didn’t always work for us. I was happy to have preloaded the routes on my Naviki app. We had purchased an e-sim which worked well. Having said that we would do it again, and probably will book a different trip with this company. They were awesome
