Great trip
Amsterdam – Bruges by Bike and Boat – Princesse Royal
This was a great trip. The guides (Tom and Wilmie) were awesome. The crew on the barge was exceptional as well. They each were beyond accommodating and just pleasant to be around. The rooms were fine , the ac worked well. The only negative was that the dining and lounge areas had no ac, so were virtually unusable during those 100 degree days.

I hate to write reviews but this one deserved a moment of my time. A great trip, a beautiful barge, a unique way to see this part of the world. I can truly say this was a trip I will remember for years to come.
Not recommended for children.

Excellent help from the BikeTours.com staff – especially Liv! Comfortable accommodations aboard the MS Patria, delicious food, staff exceeded all expectations, bikes were good, pedaling was easy, scenery beautiful, route went thru interesting and historic villages and cities. With a group of 29, there was something for everyone – every day – and no complaints from anyone!

We have spent a magnificent a week on board the Magellan.
The cycling was very well organized with the help of our 3 skilled guides.
The crew made our stay on board very pleasant, the cabins where kept clean every day and the cooks nicely surprised us at every meal.The booking phase went on well as did the follow up.

Great way to see Belgium and The Netherlands! Such beautiful scenery along the bike routes. Riding was mainly on a path. Tour guides were wonderful ensuring everyone’s safety and giving us history of the area along the route.

Pearls of Dalmatia by Bike and Boat, Romantica
What a way to meet Croatia. Fantastic bikes, boat, leaders and group. I had just a fantastic week.... from the first tour (a walk around Split) so interesting. Great rides - some long and some shorter - all fun and interesting.... beautiful views. Lucky to meet a lovely group of riders, all keen and on time. The leaders kept us across everything but never overwhelmed us with info.
Only issue - i found it difficult to locate the boat.... there was no clip board outside on the street and it took 4-5 phone calls with the contact person to finally locate the boat. Others told me they had the same experience. The food was also very good.- What was the date of your tour?

Guides were very good and knowledgeable. Also very concerned for our safety. Food excellent, plentiful and well presented. The bikes are old and have high mileage. We had a few issues Cabins were clean. Beds need upgrading.

I was incredibly impressed by the itinerary. Beautiful islands, a wonderful guide who shared such interesting facts about the sights, history, and archaeology.
He showed us the most interesting spots on the islands. And he planned the routes in a way that was comfortable for everyone—both for those who move a bit slower and for those who prefer a faster pace. The whole group was full of enthusiasm.We covered between 20 and 60 kilometers every day. We had scenic coffee stops, went for swims, visited an olive museum, temples, and historical places—spots where the average tourist doesn't set foot, which was very important.
After that, we had a great time on the ship. The crew entertained us with various activities, like climbing the mast, culinary masterclasses, knot-tying workshops, ship exploration, a tour of the engine room, visit to the bridge.
We all became friends, exchanged phone numbers, and really hope to return again and again for new routes. It was absolutely fantastic!🤩 recommend to everyone!!

Magnifique II bike trip
Amsterdam – Bruges by Bike and Boat – Princesse Royal
The staff and barge accommodations were excellent. Our chef prepared gourmet meals every night that were delicious. The bikes were very comfortable and easy to ride. It was a great way to see the countryside. We went from Amsterdam to Bruges and had a head wind most of the way. I might do the reverse trip if I had known. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Couldn't have asked for a better trip!

Beyond All Expectations
Venice to Mantova by Bike and Boat (and reverse)
This trip was beautifully executed from the minute we came on board. Our outstanding guide, Helmut made us feel welcome and was always attentive to our safety and comfort. The captain Jano was personable and we felt in capable hands with him as well as the engineer, Andrea. The food was 5 ⭐️! Sylvia and Alberto treated everyone with meals based on local traditions and mouth-watering flavors! It was easy to see that a lot of thought and planning went into creating a unique experience traveling through the countrysides of Italy. The charming tours and cappuccino stops along the way were perfectly timed and delightful. The crew fostered an ambience of comaraderie amongst the group. The social aspect of the tour made it even more memorable with lively conversations and the exchange of cultures. We could not have asked for a better vacation - already planning where to go next year!

The landscape is stunning! And the trip loads of fun
Holland by Bike and Boat, Northern Tour
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip with bike tours. The boat was small enough to get to know our fellow passengers and big enough to have lots of amenities. The bikes were sturdy and trustworthy. Lots of distance options and great support from our trip guides. Good food and comfortable beds. What more could we ask for? Perhaps less head winds but it is Holland!
