Spring in Spain is breathtaking. Filled with wildflowers and glowing green.
Albarracín to Valencia Along Spain's Longest Greenway
Starting with the ancient beauty of Albarracin, through the pine forests, red rock cliffs, orchards, and rolling hills, the scenery was often spectacular. And at each latitude a different array of wildflowers. There was some construction on the trail that created a challenge but seems that is part of biking. The issues we encountered on the route could have been better addressed with clear communication. We spent an extra day in both Valencia and Alberracin. I would suggest a day break halfway through the trip also. Segorbe would be a good choice. A little R&R after the 40 mile day. Breakfasts and hotels were great. The bikes, we had ebikes, were a little beat up. Had some trouble with the chain slipping on one bike, the battery didn't last the full 40 miles on the other and the pedals were locking up on the last day. A chain cleaning cloth and some lubricant would be helpful in the tool bag. All in all an adventure with far more moments of awe than hassle.

Overall tour was terrific. Beautiful little towns, fantastic scenery, great accommodations. And a fair value. I would recommend to anyone.
One piece of constructive feedback, in general terms and then in specifics:
Our group of 24, while fit and capable, is a little older and a little more interested in historical background and local flavor. Our interest is more on the "tour" side of bike tour. Our guides did not really pick up on that. They were more on the "bike" side of bide tour and a little more focused on simply getting us from point to point. They were knowledgeable, friendly and great to be around, but maybe not ideally matched for our group.
This played out on the last day, our climb of Els Angeles. This is a significant effort and many of us were looking forward to, embraced and attacked the challenge. Our guides, however, did not handle the situation in regard to those in our group who clearly were going to make it to the top. One of our group, on a standard bike, struggled, overheated and ended up walking most of the way. Our sweeper, on an e-bike, was then forced to also push her heavy e-bike up the mountain to stay with him. All while our two guides waited at the top. Clearly on that day, one of the guides should have been the sweeper. At the very least, having summited, one of the guides should have descended and taken over for the sweeper.
There was nothing to be done for the struggling gentleman pushing his bike uphill - it was a hot day and he overheated. He is fit and generally capable, but was having a rough time that day. However, better process from the guides would have prevented our other person from having to push her e-bike up the mountain.- What was the date of your tour?

Amazing trip!
Medieval Villages of Catalonia
Absolutely wonderful tour along the Costa Brava. Daniel was an amazing host - incredibly responsive, attentive, and helpful (he swapped out two of our cyclist's bikes for e-bikes in the middle of the trip). I would say that the destinations were, at times, better than the routes themselves. The mediterranean sea was STUNNING, as were the medieval villages, but the routes took us through dry, hot landscapes. The final day was also a highlight - summiting a famous girona cycling route to Els Angels. The routes always felt safe and very doable (in terms of distance and difficulty). I would recommend an e-bike as there were plenty of rolling hills, and very high elevation gain on the final day. Highly recommend this trip to anyone!

Medieval Villages of Catalonia
Beautiful and overall great trip. While our itinerary said we would have 25-37 miles/day, we rode much less, often finishing the day of riding at 1:30 pm. I would have preferred to ride longer, finishing between 3:30-4:00 pm with opportunities for more stops along the way for photos, etc.

- first one! I would have enjoyed the tour more if the guides were more knowledgeable about local history, birds, crops, flowers, etc. Our guides were competent riders, but could be better with local knowledge (didn't know when olives were harvested!). Lunches could have been expedited by letting local restaurants know that our group was arriving instead of trying to find a cafe that was open and able to serve such a large group (23). Our best lunch was when the guides called ahead and paella was served family style.

Amazing family trip
Greenways of Girona Family Tour 5 Nights
Our group of 6 including two children aged 7 and 11 had such a great time on this trip! Each day brought different things to explore. One note would be to look at the days of the week your tour starts and ends. We started ours on a Sunday and most shops restaurants were closed in Olot.

Buck-list Trip
Camino de Santiago: From Porto to Santiago de Compostela
Our guide was fantastic dedicating himself to a memorable experience. He was knowledgeable on a wide variety of topics, recommended varied authentic dining experiences, and went out of his way to ensure a successful trip for everyone. Had I known that some for the "hills" exceeded a 12% grade, I would have prepared differently. The overall trip was ell worth the effort.

Greenways of Girona Family Tour 5 Nights
We had our 9 year old on her own bike and 4 year old on back of dads. Really special experience. Between meals and biking and cooling off at pool or river from hot June sun there wasn’t much time in the day for sightseeing. Would have stayed more nights in Girona and st feliu if we did it again.

Self Guided Tour for Me and My Wife
Albarracín to Valencia Along Spain's Longest Greenway
This was an exciting bike trip, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Some trails have loose gravel and on downhill so you need to be careful. Some routes have very few or no small villages or towns to stop for refreshments. But overall the trip was excellent. Bikes were in good condition albeit a bit heavy.. Accommodations were very good with some very unique B&Bs. We would certainly recommend this bike trip. Our contact at the Biketours.com was Andrea - she was extremely helpful, professional and very friendly.

Fantastic e-Bike Tour!
Great Pyrenees and Costa Brava E-Bike Tour
Even in the midst of a incredible heat wave, we had an amazing time. We had never used ebikes before, and it was awesome to have those bikes with some of the climbs that we had to do. The e-bikes made it totally enjoyable. We had our 18-month-old puppy along and even with the heat she did okay. The last day was incredible with 36 miles of trails that were completely shaded! The hotels were wonderful, the food was amazing, only one hotel had failing air conditioning. But we survived and loved every minute of it. The small towns were incredible and the people we met were very warm and friendly. Hoping to do another one sometime!
This was by far the most organized tour that we have done. The bike shop in Girona was absolutely amazing and helpful.- What was the date of your tour?
