Beautiful
Turkish Riviera - Cruise and Bike the Lycian Coast
The scenery was beautiful. The bikes were great. The van support person (Metin) was fabulous. Although our guides were lovely, and nice, it seemed obvious they were novices. There was very little (twice the whole trip) explanation of Turkish history or the culture along the way. It was a rote tour. We biked from one place to another, stopped for coffee (too soon in my opinion) every day, then ended without explanation, either before or after, of the country. Unfortunately, I did a tour previously (Greece) where the guides were very knowledgeable of the area and culture and shared that during the whole trip. So, I admit, I was expecting the same.

Outstanding trip!
UNESCO Highlights of Dalmatia by E-bike and Boat
We loved our trip. The two guides -- Edvard and Nicki -- were great. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the land and the rides. Really appreciated their flexibility in charting new course plans when whether prompted changed. Both was very comfortable with outstanding food and great crew, especially Ana.

Exceeded Expectations
Vicentine Coast of Portugal & Algarve
What a FANTASTIC trip - we couldn’t have asked for better. BikeTours.com and their local partner, did a terrific job! We’ve been doing self-guided hiking and biking trips for over 20 years and this company was by far the best. They are great communicators and always responded quickly and thoroughly - we worked with Taylor and she was fantastic! They created interesting routes with easy to follow GPS. On day 1 the local rep spent over an hour thoroughly reviewing the bikes and how to use the GPS. The local company texted at the end of each day to see how our day went. There were no hiccups with daily transfer of our luggage. We booked the Premium Hotel package and loved most of our hotels especially the Herdade do Touril in Zambujeira do Mar, the Praia do Canal Nature Resort in Aljezur and the Cascade Wellness Resort in Lagos. The only disappointing hotel was the Hotel Vila Nova de MIlfontes. We had some incredible dinners in restaurants recommend by the tour operator, Artistas in Lagos and Tasca do Celso in Vila Nova de Milfontes, as well as eating at the Herdade do Touril hotel - be sure to make a reservation a few days in advance for all. I would highly recommend working with Taylor at BikeTours.com to book all future bike tours.

Beautiful scenery
Bolzano – Verona – Venice
Generally beautiful ride on good paths or tertiary roads. The optional hilly routes on two days were an excellent choice for variety and scenery. Lots of great suggestions to explore history and architectural sites along the way. Riva del Garda area segment was very hyped.

Awesome Rides and Amazing Food
Greek Island Adventure by Bike and Sail
Our group of 34 were avid bikers and we all thought the rides were incredible. The guides, Alex and Elias went above and beyond to make sure we had great rides and some fun stops during the rides. Plus, they knew how to fix bikes.
As for the food and service during dinner, it was unbelievable. I’d put the chef up against the best you could find anywhere, seriously, that good. And the waitstaff was on top of everything and within a day or so, knew the drinks and what we’d like with each meal.
The deck and boat crew were also great with always willing to take you to shore, help with bikes, or swimming along with anything we’d like to do.
Finally, Kat and Lina were the ones that pretty much ran the show on the boat so if you needed anything, they’d take care of it.
Without a doubt, a trio of a lifetime thanks to the great team.

Adventure of a lifetime!
Albarracín to Valencia Along Spain's Longest Greenway
My wife (Kat) and I are in our 70’s we had never experience anything like this! Our friend Joab was our guide and we could not have done this without his knowledge!
Kat and I used e-bikes which made all the difference in the world. The people who put this together did an awesome job. Only thing I think may have helped us was to have a day of rest in the middle of the 6 day ride. Have an extra day when we stayed at Hotel Baru! With the Medication and the pool at the hotel were amazing!
Thanks again for all the hard work everyone put into this adventure!

Our perfect honeymoon.
Greek Island Adventure by Bike and Sail
Alex and Ilias led us through severalrideson the Ionion Islands. We set sail on Running on Waves in Corfu and we had 34 friends, who were experienced cyclists with high expectations! Alex and Ilias was very accommodating and understood quickly how important the ride was to us, along with scenic stops and of course beer stops. Overall a fabulous trip. We will miss biking with them.
