Adventure every day.
Vicentine Coast of Portugal & Algarve
Biking is always a great way to travel. This ride was an adventure! The scenery is breathtaking, the riding was moderate with a mix of surfaces, the nightly accommodations were comfortable and each one was in a great location.
This was our second trip with Biketours and we were not disappointed!

Beautiful scenery, well-supported trip
Portugal's Coastal Splendor from Porto to Lisbon
Our local agency provided the best customer service I’ve had in three European bike trips. They gave great sightseeing and restaurant recommendations, communicated daily and solved problems quickly. We were self-guided, but they rode with us out of town in our first day, to make sure we got on the right route. The hotels were terrific, route was beautiful,

Everyone should visit Portugal!
Portugal's Coastal Splendor from Porto to Lisbon
Our group of ten had a fantastic time! The scenery was amazing and both Porto and Lisbon are great cities to visit. All the hotels were fantastic. We only had one hiccup on the navigation. Nothing major and we figured it out. We enjoy self-guided trips so we can travel at our pace and explore. We can't wait to take another trip to Portugal.

Superb cycling tour/trip
Vineyards of Portugal by E-Bike in Upscale Lodging
The e-bikes were of superb quality with 650W Bosch batteries . We only used 1/3 of battery power . The distance per day was not too much which left us time to head back to the hotel and spend the afternoons at the pool or sight seeing. Cycling on rural quiet roads in Portugal ,going through very small villages . The GPS app worked well . The transfers of luggage to hotels was great . It was a trip to cherish forever

Hills of Lisbon E-Bike Tour
Our guides were attentive, instructive, fun and so loaded with historical facts! Oriana led at the front and Roberto (Mr Bean) kept us safe and entertained. We loved the narrow streets and energy of the city. We have brought visitors to this group several times and it’s always a highlight. Even if you need to take it slow, it’s ok, you’ll be taken care of and have a great time. I bring a water and a snack but they do make a stop at a beautiful lookout that has vendors for water and lemonade (think TART). Don’t be afraid! E-bikes are a blast!

This was a super fun tour with high quality e-bikes and especially a SUPERB guide, Peter Mendes. Peter made sure we safely navigated the streets (and hills!) of Lisbon, and he was extremely informative about the history and culture of both Lisbon and Portugal. Peter spoke excellent English and made us feel welcome. I would not hesitate to recommend any tour with Peter!

This trip exceeded my expectations. The three guides (Fidel, Mario, Johanna) were all wonderful, kind and patient with our entire group. Constantly trying to make the trip a pleasurable experience. The hotels were all good, and generally exceeded expectations. The food was also outstanding. High quality, more than enough (no limits) and lots of drink/wine options. Beautiful tour overall, highly recommend.
