Everyone should visit Portugal!
Portugal's Coastal Splendor from Porto to Lisbon
Our group of ten had a fantastic time! The scenery was amazing and both Porto and Lisbon are great cities to visit. All the hotels were fantastic. We only had one hiccup on the navigation. Nothing major and we figured it out. We enjoy self-guided trips so we can travel at our pace and explore. We can't wait to take another trip to Portugal.

Fantastic trip
Portugal's Coastal Splendor from Porto to Lisbon
Friendly, helpful staff, especially Juan, Thelmo. Told us about the real local places to eat, hangout. Hotels were all great. Weather was very nice, scenery great.

Superb cycling tour/trip
Vineyards of Portugal by E-Bike in Upscale Lodging
The e-bikes were of superb quality with 650W Bosch batteries . We only used 1/3 of battery power . The distance per day was not too much which left us time to head back to the hotel and spend the afternoons at the pool or sight seeing. Cycling on rural quiet roads in Portugal ,going through very small villages . The GPS app worked well . The transfers of luggage to hotels was great . It was a trip to cherish forever

Hills of Lisbon E-Bike Tour
Our guides were attentive, instructive, fun and so loaded with historical facts! Oriana led at the front and Roberto (Mr Bean) kept us safe and entertained. We loved the narrow streets and energy of the city. We have brought visitors to this group several times and it’s always a highlight. Even if you need to take it slow, it’s ok, you’ll be taken care of and have a great time. I bring a water and a snack but they do make a stop at a beautiful lookout that has vendors for water and lemonade (think TART). Don’t be afraid! E-bikes are a blast!

This was a super fun tour with high quality e-bikes and especially a SUPERB guide, Peter Mendes. Peter made sure we safely navigated the streets (and hills!) of Lisbon, and he was extremely informative about the history and culture of both Lisbon and Portugal. Peter spoke excellent English and made us feel welcome. I would not hesitate to recommend any tour with Peter!

Gorgeous scenery and a very authentic experience
Castles and Wines of Portugal
If you are looking for beauty and authenticity, this trip is for you. Our group of 16 had a wonderful time biking through rolling hills overlooking sweeping vistas of wild flowers, vineyards, olive and cork oak groves. The whitewashed and marble hill towns with their castle walls and ruins were charming and authentic. The food was local and delicious and the wines were excellent. But best of all were our guides, Mario, Videl, and Joana, who were fun, informative, well organized, and always enthusiastic. A good example is a rainy day in Monsaraz where we spent the morning walking around the castle and village, ate lunch, then half of the group rode in the van to a nearby pottery village while the others walked to a nearby convent and megalith, then we swapped and when the sun came out around 4:00 any who wanted took a two hour ride in the rolling hills surrounding the castle. Our guides worked it all out over lunch!

Very nice self-guided tour of the Alentejo region. Very good hotels and itinerary, decent bikes, good support from the tour company. We went in October 2024 and it was a bit wet.

Great trip - the cycling area was beautiful and the guides were excellent. There was SO MUCH delicious food each day. Everything was well organized and communicated and we didn't have to worry about anything. I highly recommend this trip.
