· Great Pyrenees and Costa Brava E-Bike Tour
This was my first trip to Spain but my second BikeTours trip of the year. We were incredibly blessed to have good sunny weather for 95% of the trip! The bike company we worked with were very kind and helpful. I needed a replacement bike after day 2 and they quickly delivered a new one for me! The routes and maps were well planned out and gave us the opportunity to see a lot of varied terrain and some really cool little villages. It was nice to not have too much 'in town' cycling and we saw a lot of beautiful scenery along the way. My favorite was the stretch from Figueres to Lot, it was stunning. Looking forward to booking another trip in the Spring. The communication with Bike Tours is always fast and efficient and I appreciate their help each step of the way!

Great history and personal insights

I ended up being on a solo tour, which was a real treat. My guide Willie was friendly and knowledgeable. He grew up in Bilbao and saw a lot of the changes of the last few decades. Was interesting hearing his childhood remembrances and enjoying his clear love of the town. I just wish I had managed to do this as my first activity in Bilbao!

Fun and Educational

Perfect way to see Bilboa. We really enjoyed it! The guide was great and gave us tips where to go and eat afterwards. Even a little Basque lesson for certain words! Explaines a lot of the culture and history. It was very interesting!

It’s a great way to spend an afternoon in Bilbao. Our tour was on Sunday morning so the traffic was light. One of our cyclists fell off the bike but we were passing the bike shop on a loop of the river so they replaced the bike immediately and offered plasters and bandages. Our guide was very nice and showed us plenty of interesting street art en route. The tour was three hours long so you would need a moderate level of fitness. Good value and fun!

Bikes were great, guide was excellent. We learned a lot about the history and culture of Bilbao and discussed many interesting topics with our group of four. Hearing what our guide was saying was sometimes a challenge but it is hard to bunch together on a sunny Sunday in September - people and other riders are out and about too.

Matteo made us feel instantly welcome and then took us on an amazing e mountain bike tour around San Seb. He ensured we were all very comfortable on the bikes and the routes we took were simply breathtaking! The bikes were great and the information he provided as went was really interesting!
The snack and drink at the pub in the mountain was incredible.
He was an absolute gentlemen and it was a highlight of our weekend! Can thoroughly recommend this company as it was amazing!!

Amazing experience
· Camino de Santiago: From Leon to Santiago (Premium)
Highly recommend this trip. The scenery and route are a nice mix of easier and challenging days, and doing the “self guided” option gave us some flexibility, but we were still confident in the route/directions. Our e-bikes were excellent. The hotels were also excellent - a mixture of boutique and traditional commercial lodging, but all clean and comfortable. Leon and Astorga were especially amazing. Loved it!

Stunning

I can not speak highly enough of this bike tour. It takes you to the spiritual heart of Spain from Roman times forward. The geographical dimensions are equally as spectacular as you follow the Camino de Santiago from Leon to Santiago de Compostela. Say yes when you get asked for an e-Bike. There is some work to do. Just in the same manner as a Peregrino.
The best part is the hosts - Sergio and Felipe. Attentive, passionate about cycling, and a real attention to detail when it comes to making the most of the experience. Best bike ride I have ever been on.- What was the date of your tour?

Camino de Santiago: From Leon to Santiago on an E-Bike
Embarking on our 10th bike tour, we ventured from Leon to Santiago using e-bikes for the first time. The journey was both exciting and challenging, offering breathtaking scenery throughout. Despite it being early spring with many closed hotels, the route was well-planned and curated for us, thanks to Sergio and his team.
The transition from paved roads in bustling areas to thrilling mountain biking paths was seamless. Potential travelers should be prepared for a significant amount of MTB terrain, making the journey quite challenging. The well-maintained e-bikes provided a sense of safety and reliability throughout our trip. In case of any issues, we were equipped with repair tools and had Sergio readily available to address any questions.
We experienced a mix of accommodations, from charming hotels to more practical one-night stays, which complemented the tour perfectly. Overall, it was a rewarding adventure that left us feeling a sense of accomplishment.
