Amazing trip
Dolomites to Venice Along the Old Dolomites Railway Track
We had such a great time cycling from the Dolomites to Treviso. The scenery was great and the towns so cute! Directions were good though the fun approve app was very glitchy. Had to reload it several times. Luggage was always delivered to the next hotel. E bikes were amazing and made a 50 mile day easy. The only complaint is with a few of the hotels which could have been nicer or located more centrally especially in Belluno.

My first time in Italy
Dolomites to Venice Along the Old Dolomites Railway Track
We had a wonderful days in Italy biking from Toblach to Mestre. The bikes was very fine and the hotels too. When we had a rainy days and came very wet to our hotels there where lack of places where we could dry our things. All the hotels where very good with nice staff, good rooms and bed and breakfast and save place for our bikes. Everything from Bike tours was 100 % and we will definitely find another trip with them. Thank you.

An excellent ride; well planned!
Venice to Florence: From Rialto Across the Sea to Ponte Vecchio
One piece of advice: Insect Repellent! The stretch through the Po River delta was thick with mosquitos.
The route, logistics and equipment were all great. The hotels varied a bit, but were all at least adequate, and some were quite interesting and/or in interesting locations.
While most of the route is on quiet roads or paths, there are short segments that have quite heavy traffic. So being comfortable riding along fast-moving traffic is, I think, important.

Perfect Pleasure Times Two
Venice to Mantova by Bike and Boat (and reverse)
This was such a wonderful trip when my husband and I experienced it the first time for our thirtieth wedding anniversary, we took it again, in the opposite direction, two years later!
The small towns we traveled through were charming and welcoming. We saw places that were unique and off-the-beaten path of the general tourist. Chioggia, Ferrara, Zelo: they each kept beckoning us back.
Then, too, the Vita Pugna was any thing but "hard life". The staff treated us like treasured family members. The fed us local cuisine that was fresh, creative, and oh, so satisfying. They were enthusiastic and welcoming every day of the journey. Our bicycling guides, on each trip, revealed history, culture, and sites, that only the well-informed local would usually enjoy.My husband and I have traveled on five bike trips with biketours.com, and we have plans of cycling again to an, as yet, undiscovered destination. The company makes our travel dreams affordable, successful, and worth repeating.

Perfect in every way!
Venice to Mantova by Bike and Boat (and reverse)
We enjoyed this tour immensely and would recommend it to anyone wanting a small, personable, tailored tour of some of the most amazingly old and historical parts of Nothern Italy. The bike riding was the best way to see some "out of the crowd" hidden gems, covering much more than able to on foot. The bikes were fantastic, well maintained and easy to ride and adjust if needed. The cabins were comfortable, well setout with ensuite and air conditioning. Ample supplies of food and breakfasts, and deliciously cooked dinners at night made the evenings very relaxing. Drinks aboard were very reasonably priced and tea and coffee never ending. Tour Leaders and all boat crew were totaly amazing! A thoroughly enjoyable holiday!

We had a great time on the Mantua to Venice tour. Having to only unpack once was so convenient- no wasted time packing/repacking and checking into/out of hotels. The staff was top notch, from our guides Sylvia & Fabio, to boat crew. Friendly, accessible and fun to talk with. The food was delicious and plentiful- we even bought the cookbook that was written by one of our guides and the chef on the cruise. Biking was easy and very scenic, with just the right amount of time on the bike and time to explore. We're already planning our next tour with this company!

Beyond All Expectations

This trip was beautifully executed from the minute we came on board. Our outstanding guide, Helmut made us feel welcome and was always attentive to our safety and comfort. The captain Jano was personable and we felt in capable hands with him as well as the engineer, Andrea. The food was 5 ⭐️! Sylvia and Alberto treated everyone with meals based on local traditions and mouth-watering flavors! It was easy to see that a lot of thought and planning went into creating a unique experience traveling through the countrysides of Italy. The charming tours and cappuccino stops along the way were perfectly timed and delightful. The crew fostered an ambience of comaraderie amongst the group. The social aspect of the tour made it even more memorable with lively conversations and the exchange of cultures.
