Monuments & Memorials Tour it is!
Washington DC Monuments & Memorials Bike Tour
This is a great tour! You will definitely see many monuments and memorials, some of which I didn’t even know existed, and I’ve travel to DC quite a bit. There’s not a lot of biking on this tour, so if you’re looking for a real work out, this isn’t it, but it is great to do with families – smaller children, grandmas and grandpas etc. Highly recommend! Our guides, Eric B and Josh were amazing!!

A relaxed and fun way to explore the iconic monuments of DC!
Washington DC Monuments & Memorials Bike Tour
This was a well-organized tour with informative guides. Biking from one monument to the next by bike was a really fun way to get around and see the sites easily and quickly. At each spot, we were given enough time to explore the monuments on foot . Biking was easy and bikes were in good condition. A great experience.

Great way to easily see many memorials and monuments!
Washington DC Monuments & Memorials Bike Tour
This tour was a great way to see the monuments and memorials in DC. It was quick and easy to bike between the different tour stops and saved so much time compared to walking. At each stop, our guides took time to discuss the history behind the memorial and then allowed time to explore independently.
The biking was very easy, even with a few road intersections and some pedestrian traffic around the more popular monuments.
I would highly recommend this tour to anyone exploring the area. I imagine it is even more lovely at night with all the lighting on the monuments!- What was the date of your tour?

really cool tour
Washington DC Monumental E-Bike Tour
e-bike is probably not necessary as you don't really bike that much. If you are not an avid cyclist I guess it can't hurt. the history on this tour is crazy. i had been to DC a bunch of time but my eyes were opened on this experience.

Great fun through an iconic American park.
San Francisco's Golden Gate Park Bike Tour
Our family absolutely loved this Golden Gate Park bike tour! The kids were thrilled to see the bison up close, and we all enjoyed wandering through the Japanese Tea Garden — it felt like stepping into another world. The pace was easy, the guide was patient, and it was the perfect mix of nature, history, and fun for all ages.

fun any time of year (apparently)
San Francisco's Golden Gate Park Bike Tour
If you’re visiting San Francisco, do not miss this! Golden Gate Park is so much bigger and more varied than I expected — from lush gardens to wild bison, it’s a feast for the senses. The guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we had plenty of photo stops. This was the highlight of my trip!

Essential for seeing the city
Best of San Francisco E-Bike Tour
I was a bit skeptical about a long bike tour, but the e-bike capability is truly non-negotiable for navigating San Francisco's elevation changes efficiently. We hit all the major neighborhoods like Haight-Ashbury and Golden Gate Park, which saved us tons of time versus walking or public transport. Solid logistics and a great way to cover a lot of ground in one day.

Scenic Golden Gate Bridge San Francisco Bike Tour
Having the bike rental included made the whole process smooth, and the 3-hour timing was perfect for a full morning or afternoon activity. The National Bike Path route kept us away from traffic and offered sublime waterfront scenery.

Cool but disappointed
Washington DC Monuments at Night Bike Tour
I really enjoyed this tour overall - it's hard to go wrong with seeing all of the beautiful monuments in DC as the sun sets! That being said, our guide didn't given much history or narrative to each spot we visited, I was hoping to hear more about each monument, rather than the stats. Also I was disappointed by how the guide talked about the various war memorials - our guide did give us some background but based on the tone used, I felt like I was hearing about a fun fact, rather than a very somber event/location. Overall, I wanted to hear little known facts, local lore and knowledge but instead, I felt like I could have just looked up each site we went to on wikipedia and gotten the same information (and more) than what I heard on this tour.
Also, our guide also was biking so far ahead of everyone, it felt like he was racing to get around, leaving people behind. Given this was a tour that went into the night, he also didn't warn much about the terrain or being careful around various areas. I saw multiple people fall and one person ran into a barrier at a narrow pathway area.

Several issues with this bike tour
Best of San Diego E-Bike Tour
This bike tour had a challenge from the beginning with a group that was too large - 14 people, three of whom were kids, teens or younger, led by one tour guide on a route that was constantly either in traffic or in areas heavily trafficked by pedestrians. There was one section of Little Italy that was particularly difficult because there were several blocks given over to an outdoor Art Fair and the streets were closed off. Wouldn't this be something that the organizers should have known about so that the tour could have been rerouted?
Our guide, Cassie, did her best but it was a real challenge to keep everyone together and safe and thus, felt a bit stressful. E-bikes were ok, but the blue ones with the fat tires were clearly a challenge for several of the riders.
That said, San Diego is a beautiful city and seeing it on a bike is a good way to do it, and Cassie did a nice job with her talking points on the stops. Here are my suggestions if you take this tour:
- Bring water, as it's not provided. There is a stop to buy water, but it's two hours into the tour. Also note that many of the bikes do not have a holder for a water bottle.
- The notes say that a basket or bike bag is included. What was included was a very small bag only large enough to accommodate a phone and a small snack, definitely not a water bottle.
- Consider taking a small backpack for water, phone, sunglasses, and snacks and also to stow a clothing layer you might want to peel off.
Lastly, I will say that my husband and I have done a dozen or more bike tours in various parts of the U.S. and abroad over the past several years and I would generously put this one in the bottom 50%.

Good ride, good guide but mixed feelings…
Washington DC Monuments at Night Bike Tour
The lady at the reception wasn’t motivated and not very friendly.
Joe was a good guide. The tour at dusk was very nice. But it was really annoying that the bikes are in a very poor condition. Dirty, poorly maintained and worn. My chain fell out twice my husband‘s once. Joe could fix them everytime, but anyway…. Very annoying.
I would have expected better quality for this price.
