Your brilliant bicycle tour begins with a ferry boat journey which powers you to the north of Phnom Penh and the shores of the Silk Islands. As you disembark, your journey of discovery by bike begins with a scenic cycle along quiet back roads. You’ll ride through the Cham Muslim communities that reside along this part of the island, allowing you a glimpse into their daily working and family lifestyles.
Your guided tour is interspersed with short ferry rides, allowing you to explore the other Mekong Islands to absorb as much of their diverse and dazzling beauty as possible. On each island, you’ll cycle through verdant orchards and mesmerizing market gardens, across idyllic farmland, and past peaceful rural settlements. As you ride, your guide will regale you with insights into the authentic Cambodian way of life on the islands.
