Terms and conditions

• Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the start of the tour.
• No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the start of the tour.
• For private tours full refund up to 21 days before.
• In case of continuous and heavy rain: special cancellation under or up to 90 minutes before tour start.

It is important to note that these policies are subject to change and may vary depending on the specific tour or activity booked. It is always recommended to carefully read the cancellation policy before booking any tour or activity.

• Cancellations within 10-5 days before tour date will be charged 20% of the tour cost.
• Cancellations within 4-2 days before tour date will be charged 45% of the tour cost.
• Cancellations within one day before the tour date will be charged 75% of the tour cost.
• No refunds for cancellations on the day of the tour or for no shows.
