• Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the start of the tour.
• No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the start of the tour.
• For private tours full refund up to 21 days before.
• In case of continuous and heavy rain: special cancellation under or up to 90 minutes before tour start.

CANCELLATION POLICY for Daily bike tours

• 50% refund of total cost if the reservation is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance.
• 0% refunds if the reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY for Private bike tours

• 50% refund of total cost if the reservation is cancelled more than 7 days in advance.
• 0% refunds if the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days in advance.
