Terms and conditions

• Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the start of the tour.
• No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the start of the tour.
• For private tours full refund up to 21 days before.
• In case of continuous and heavy rain: special cancellation under or up to 90 minutes before tour start.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time, there is no cancellation fee.
• Within 24 hours of the scheduled tour departure time, 100% cancellation fee.
• Reschedule is subject to availability of our equipment and tour leaders.
• You can reschedule your tour up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time free of charge.
• If you reschedule your tour within 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time, we will charge extra 50% on the total price.
• The tours will start at the scheduled time with the participants who are present at the scheduled time.

Adverse weather policy

• Tours run in all weather conditions, rain or shine.
• For all participants who do not want to join the tour because of the rain, we offer a 50% refund or the option to join another tour free of charge, according to our availability.
• We reserve the right to postpone the starting time of a tour for up to 60 minutes.
