Terms and conditions

• Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the start of the tour.
• No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the start of the tour.
• For private tours full refund up to 21 days before.
• In case of continuous and heavy rain: special cancellation under or up to 90 minutes before tour start.

It is important to note that these policies are subject to change and may vary depending on the specific tour or activity booked. It is always recommended to carefully read the cancellation policy before booking any tour or activity.

General cancellation conditions:

Cancellations one week or more in advance: no penalty. (If the management of the reservation does not imply expenses with third parties or costs of some kind, if any, they will be deducted from the amount to be returned)

Cancellations between one week and 72 hours before the activity: - 20% penalty

Cancellations between 72 hours and 48 hours before the activity: - 40% penalty

Cancellations 48 hours or less before the activity: full amount.
