Terms and conditions

• Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the start of the tour.
• No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the start of the tour.
• For private tours full refund up to 21 days before.
• In case of continuous and heavy rain: special cancellation under or up to 90 minutes before tour start.

It is important to note that these policies are subject to change and may vary depending on the specific tour or activity booked. It is always recommended to carefully read the cancellation policy before booking any tour or activity.

If bookings do not reach the minimum number of participants, the service as defined within this agreement will not be provided and any deposit that has been made by the client will be refunded. In the event of a full refund 3.2% plus €0.39 per ticket will be withheld as it is a non refundable transaction fee charged by Regiondo and Stripe at the time of booking.
The excursion will not take place in the case of adverse weather conditions or extraordinary events. In each of these cases, the company Active Tours Italy S.r.l. withholds the right to use its own discretion when evaluating the appropriateness of excursions. In such cases, no refund will be applicable to the customer.
In the case of the cancellation of an excursion, for reasons other than those provided in the preceding two paragraphs, the customer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid (3.2% plus €0.39 per ticket will be withheld as it is a non refundable transaction fee charged by Regiondo and Stripe at the time of booking), or, if the client so decides, the client will be entitled to participate in one subsequent excursion scheduled in the following seven days after the cancellation. The replacement excursion will be of equivalent value and duration. Should the client decide to participate in a substitute trip, they will renounce any refund claims that they were initially entitled to.
