Cycling along a portion of this trail, you'll be able to admire Geelong's dramatic and varied landscapes as your guide explains the region's connection to the railway and its role in the development of the Bellarine Peninsula. After cycling a while, this bike tour will stop for a tea break at a local winery or cafe, where you’ll savor the verdant rows of vines stretching towards the horizon as you sip.

Nestled between Port Phillip Bay and the Bass Strait, the Bellarine Peninsula benefits from a cool maritime climate, which is ideal for growing a variety of grapes. After testing your palette on some of the region’s finest grape varieties, your guided tour pedals onwards to another winery for a delicious vineyard lunch, and of course, a glass of wine!
