    Prepare to cycle through spectacular sandstone landscapes of towering hoodoos, colossal bolders, and intricate slot canyon labyrinths, discovering the fascinating desert flora every pedal of the way, from enormous Cottonwood trees to fragrant Ponderosa Pines, Pinyon Pines to magical Manzanita bushes.

    Whether you're a novice or an experienced rider, this breathtaking bicycle tour is designed to offer an intimate encounter with the unmissable canyonlands of Utah. Hiking is also possible!

  • Daily program

    Day 1: St. George - Bryce Canyon City (56 miles)
    Your epic adventure begins in St. George, Utah. You'll be picked up either from St. George Airport (7:30 am), the Hilton Garden Inn (8:00 am), or the Hyatt Place (8:15 am). Those booking an extra night at the Hilton Garden Inn can get a special rate and free parking - just ask us!

    You'll start cycling through Dixie National Forest for your visit to the Cedar Breaks National Monument. This half-mile-deep breathtaking geological amphitheater features a fiery rainbow of red and orange sandstone. Continue riding down a gradual hillside, gliding past the glorious aspens and beautiful pines that dot this stunning National Forest until you reach the flat farmlands around the characterful town of Panguitch. Panguitch, with its Old West cafes and stores, is known for its annual Quilt Walk and possesses plenty of Southern Utah charm.

    Ride past the incredible rock formations of Red Canyon, the perfect Utah backdrop as you pedal along the paved bike path to Bryce Canyon National Park. The last 15 miles +1,200 ft climb into Bryce Canyon is optional.

    Day 2: Rainbow Point loop ride, Navajo/Queen's Garden hiking loop (21 miles)
    Today you'll have a choice between a beautiful 17-mile downhill bike ride from Rainbow Point, or a ride there and back. After lunch, you'll participate in an unforgettable hiking trip into Bryce Canyon, surrounded by awe-inspiring natural architecture every step of the way, including the unmistakable hoodoos watching over your every step.

    Day 3: Bryce Canyon Overlook hike, Zion National Park ride (35 miles)
    Enjoy an exquisite sunrise hike to the Bryce Canyon Overlook - an unforgettable start to the day. The hoodoos of the canyon appear to glow from within as the sun begins to hit the fiery canyon walls. Following a hearty breakfast, you'll cycle along the Sevier and Virgin Rivers, entering Zion National Park. Zion, Utah's first National Park, is a definite highlight of the tour. The iconic red cliffs tower above as you descend the spectacular east side of the colossal canyon. You'll pedal for 6 miles along the flat valley floor, with the entire afternoon dedicated to appreciating the indescribable views boasted by this breathtaking location.

    Day 4: Walter's Wiggles - Scouts Lookout Hike (3.6 miles)
    A panoramic vista point awaits as you wind your way up 'Walter’s Wiggles' to 'Scout Lookout'. Scared of heights? You may prefer a more leisurely stroll to a beautiful waterfall. If you'd prefer to cycle, choose between spectacularly scenic but challenging biking inside Zion National Park (support van available) or along the park's border (no support van available). The Park Service runs free and frequent shuttles from the hotel through town, to the Visitor Center, and to the park's valley floor, so you can customize your experience!

    Elevation gain/loss: + 1,115 ft / - 1,115 ft.

    Day 5: Hike in Virgin River Narrows (5.1 miles)
    Weather permitting, you'll have the wonderful opportunity to walk the Virgin River Narrows, a stunningly scenic slot canyon with 1,000 ft walls that tower overhead. The narrow canyon is covered wall-to-wall by the wild river in some places, so prepare to wade in and out of ankle-deep water as you hike passageways less than 50 ft wide. Don't worry - you'll be given walking sticks and wading boots so you can get the most out of this wonderful experience!

    Day 6: Zion Canyon ride and departure (32 miles)
    Say goodbye to the unforgettable National Parks of Utah with one last ride through Zion Canyon. Soon, you'll turn west along the Virgin River and discover more spectacular scenery before lunch, after which, the 45-minute shuttle will bring you back to St. George. If you're flying out of St. George, please book your flights for 7:00 pm or later.

    How to get there

    Tour start

    Nearest airport: McCarran Airport in Las Vegas (LAS) or St. George Airport (SGU).

    There is a public shuttle between the Las Vegas Airport and St. George, Utah (duration approx. 2 hours).

    Once in St. George, we offer the following transfers on Day 1:
    From SGU, pick-up at 7:30am from the baggage claim area.
    From Hilton Garden Inn, 8:00am from the hotel lobby.
    From Hyatt Place Hotel, 8:15am from the hotel lobby.

    Tour end

    Drop-off at SGU from 3:00-5:00 pm on Day 6. Please arrange flights to depart at 7:00 pm or later!

    Return shuttles to Las Vegas are possible from the Hilton Garden or Hyatt Place. Be sure to arrange flights accordingly and remember the time change from Utah to Nevada!
