    Throughout your journey, a team of 2-3 experienced guides will accompany you daily, supported by 1-2 vehicles, allowing you to select your preferred daily distance—whether opting for a short, medium, or longer route.

    Day 1: Arrival to Los Cristianos
    From the airport, you'll be transported to your first hotel in Los Cristianos. Located on the southern coast, this resort town offers beautiful beaches like Playa de Los Cristianos and a vibrant harbor. Explore the busy promenade in the evening with various dining and shopping options.

    Day 2: Los Cristianos - Vilaflor - Los Cristianos (31 mi.- 40 mi. / 50 km - 65 km)
    The cycling route to Vilaflor offers the perfect warm-up for assessing climbing skills and bike readiness for upcoming challenges. Positioned at 1,400 meters altitude, Vilaflor offers breathtaking vistas of Teide National Park and Mount Teide, Spain's tallest summit. The town's allure lies in its picturesque architecture—whitewashed buildings, flower-filled balconies, and quaint cobbled paths—making it an ideal place to stop for a taste of Canarian coffee.

    Day 3: Los Cristianos - Mt Tiede - Los Cristianos (40 mi. - 51 mi. - 64 mi. / 65 km - 80 km - 100 km)
    The ascent to Mount Teide from Tenerife's western side offers a gradual 5-6% climb on well-maintained roads with unique volcanic landscapes. Standing as Spain's tallest peak at 12,198 feet, Mount Teide resides within Teide National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its volcanic formations and biodiversity. This route presents a physical challenge and reveals the island's historical and natural significance.

    Elevation: 8202 ft - 7545 ft - 4593 ft

    Day 4: Los Cristianos - Santa Cruz - Los Cristianos (34 mi. - 40 mi. - 48 mi. / 55 km - 65 km - 75km)
    Today's leisurely ride takes you to Tenerife's eastern part, heading to TEMPUS Bodega. This renowned winery offers an authentic taste of Canarian cuisine and local wines amidst stunning landscapes. Cycling through this region reveals charming coastal villages, lush scenery, and a rich cultural experience.

    Elevation: 4921 ft - 4593 ft - 3280 ft

    Day 5: Los Cristianos - Mt. Tiede - Santa Cruz (25 mi. - 33 mi. - 38 mi. / 40 km - 50 km - 60 km)
    The second climb of the week to Mount Teide is from the southern approach, passing through Vilaflor en route to El Teide. Pause for a coffee break at the summit and enjoy the remarkable views before descending back to the hotel. This journey poses a challenge, blending the scenic beauty of Vilaflor's high-altitude charm with the demanding climb toward Mount Teide, making it a pinnacle challenge for the week.

    Day 6: Santa Cruz - Masca - Garachico - Santa Cruz (28 mi. - 34 mi. - 43 mi. / 45 km - 55 km - 70 km)
    Today's route spans from Chio in the northwest of the island down the renowned switchbacks to reach the village of Masca. From here, you'll continue towards the coastal town of Garachico, navigating the stunning and tranquil Las Cruces climb to conclude the ride. End the day at Mama Delgado's house in the hills above La Orotava for a fun Paella party.

    Day 7: Santa Cruz - Anaga Natural Park - La Laguna - Santa cruz (29 mi. - 34 mi. - 45 mi. / 45 km - 55 km - 70 km)
    Explore the northeast today, conquering the challenging Bailadero climb to reach Anaga's UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Anaga boasts tall mountains, deep valleys with laurel forests, and panoramic views extending to Mt Tiede. The journey continues to La Laguna, a UNESCO World Heritage city with a significant history and vibrant cultural charm, where you'll pause for lunch before ending the trek in Tenerife's capital, Santa Cruz.

    Elevation: 6233 ft - 4593 ft - 3280 ft

    Day 8: Departure from Santa Cruz
    Santa Cruz de Tenerife is known for its mix of modern and historical landmarks like the Auditorio de Tenerife and Plaza de España. If time allows, spend the day shopping along Calle Castillo and enjoying local cuisine. When it's time for departure, you will be transported back to the airport.
