Not as expected.
The route wasn’t as exciting as expected.
The basic bike offered is AWFUL, not suitable for these kind of trips. You have to pay for the “upgrade” one.
Customer service wasn’t good. They couldn’t accommodate any changes, even when requested 48 hours in advance.
Most hotels were disappointing although well located, with the exception of the first one in Mestre. It was in the middle of nowhere, it doesn’t make sense to start the trip from that place.

A tour into the heart of Italy
The tour was spectacular, amazing with a great mix of places: great cities, enchanted towns, warm villages. Every stop gave us a chance to watch something great, from nature to building, from churches to landscapes.

An excellent ride; well planned!
One piece of advice: Insect Repellent! The stretch through the Po River delta was thick with mosquitos.
The route, logistics and equipment were all great. The hotels varied a bit, but were all at least adequate, and some were quite interesting and/or in interesting locations.
While most of the route is on quiet roads or paths, there are short segments that have quite heavy traffic. So being comfortable riding along fast-moving traffic is, I think, important.

Perfect way to see Italy for the first time!
So glad we chose this tour as a way to experience Italy for the first time. Our tour guide was available and helpful. The route was perfect, coincided with the directions and GPS. E-bikes suited our group well. So fun!

Disappointing
We'd done the Mosel bike tour last year and it was picturesque, beautiful small towns, places to stop. This year we booked this trip to Italy to celebrate a 40th wedding anniversary. On the plus side, Marco from Eurobike was extremely helpful. Good advice and help with bikes. Always on call by phone. The first stop to Chiaggo was beautiful. They left champagne in our room for our anniversary. Really sweet.
But after that the ride was super boring. Long stretch of riding alongside cow pastures or crossing busy roadways. No where to grab a bite to eat. Kind of like riding through the flatlands of Texas. We finally ditched the tour after 4 days and had them pick up our bikes instead of our luggage and went off and did our own thing. Again bike company was great and helpful, it just isn't a good bike trip.- What was the date of your tour?

Terrific bike trip!
My daughter and I certainly enjoyed the wonderful ride from Venice to Florence. The scenery and small towns were great and the hotels all very nice.

Good trip
An interesting trip from and to two iconic destinations stopping at several interesting cities along the way. Tour is very well organized and the hotels were all good to excellent. The route except for the last day is flat and mostly low traffic except near cities. In and out of cities can be high traffic and you need to be quite careful

History seen
The accommodations were satisfactory to good (hotel in Choggia was wonderful). The trip was as expected and explained in the brochure. For the most part the directions and markers were decent except in Florence. Little to no markers seen and the directions to the parking garage given were incorrect for Florence, frustrating.
