The day-long ride from Dubrovnik to Bosnia (and back) with Bike Tours was a ride we will remember fondly for the rest of our lives. The scenery was spectacular, the route was interesting with a perfect balance of challenge and enjoyment.
Lunch was wonderful at Zavala - we were welcomed like old friends!
The day was memorable as the seasonal Bura wind made things cooler than normal. Everything was expertly and professionally managed by our guide, Alex. He was personable, knowledgeable and conscientious. He took great care of our safety, and made sure that we really enjoyed our day. He gave us thoughtful options for the route - and he even quickly and efficiently changed a tire puncture near the end of the ride! In addition to guiding our journey, Alex provided us with interesting information, good stories, and shared unique, firsthand knowledge of the culture. He even took a moment to pick some carob beans and introduced us to a new snack food!- What was the date of your tour?

A great way to explore
Road Bike Tour from Dubrovnik to Herzegovina & Back
The trek from Dubrovnik to the small town of Ravno in Herzegovina return was exceptional as we were able to complete a 92km loop that only required us to backtrack one small section of the route.
Our Guide Alex was very friendly, knowledgeable and safety conscious.
One of the highlights of this journey was the great lunch at Hotel Stanica in Ravno prior to completing the return trek via Slano.
