I've been waiting many years to take this trip... definitely worth it!
· Burgundy Wine Trails: Beaune to Macon on the “Voie Verte”
The perfect way for me to experience the French wine country. Beautiful scenery, all bicycle trails and country roads with very little traffic, quaint villages, interesting places to see along the way, and the hotels and meal packages were superb.

A very fun and leisurely trip
· Best of Slovenia: Highlights Across the Country From Bled to Piran
This trip was a great way to see Slovenia. We took 10 days to ride from the northern side of the country to the Adriatic coast. Most days were about 30 miles, with about 2500' elevation gain, but really just 3-4 hours' riding. Hotels were great and offered very nice breakfasts. We really enjoyed the slower pace family vacation, seeing a lot but still moving through to new sights every day. Highly recommend.

Nice Ride
· Lake Constance Bicycle Path
This is a very easy ride with mostly flat land around a beautiful lake. We had e-bikes which made it very easy. Hotels all very nice, but no AC for hot weather. June can be risky with the weather. We had two days of five with steady rain. This is our 3rd trip with Bikes.com and was my lest favorite. We never met our local tour operator, even when we picked up our bikes. There was substantial flooding due to heavy rains and some road construction that we didn't know about until we came to it. It was at that time we had to figure an alternate route. A little heads up would have save a lot confusion, especially during our rainy days. On previous trips, the tour operator spent time going over the route with areas we needed to pay attention to. The fact that none of us spoke German didn't help in trying to understand road signs. The route is well marked but makings change from country to country, so pay attention.

Beautiful Capitals of the Baltic States
· Baltic Capitals: Historic Cities of Vilnius, Riga and Tallinn
The Capitals of the Baltic States are beautiful, with plenty of interesting history and worth to visit. However, with the distances so large between the capitals, please note that there is a lot of transfer by mini-bus and ferry to get to the next interesting place to cycle.
The cycling directions provided were insufficient and it would be good to provide the option of a GPS device attached to the steering wheel with pre-loaded maps and directions for those that can't download the route files on their own mobile phone devices. We got lost several times, on the first and last day, which meant cycling along roads with heavy traffic and thereby creating an unsafe and unpleasant experience.
Though this was an interesting trip, my inclination is to not book any cycling vacation in the future that includes so much transfer by mini-bus and ferries, and to have a true cycling trip along well-indicated dedicated bicycle paths, in the absence of clear cycling directions. Our previous experience with cycling the west coast of Sweden is more indicative of the type of cycling trip we would prefer. -

First time with a company organized bike trip
· Dolomites to Trieste via Lake Bled at the Foot of the Julian Alps
My husband and I have done a fair amount of biking in the U.S. and in Europe and this was the first time we used a company to plan and support the trip. The good: Some of the hotels that were booked were terrific - especially in the more rural places. The navigation app when it worked was really useful and when it didn't work it seemed to be more of an issue with our phones than the app itself. There was confusion over the timing of our bus transfer over a mountain pass and the woman at the help center worked really hard to sort it out. Also, the luggage transfer was always efficient. The not so good: The bikes were pretty beat and heavy. We had to have one replaced. Although the directions said we would have at least one handlebar bag per room, we had none. Also, we understood that we would have a handlebar mount for a phone and would have brought one from home had it been more clear that we would not. The worst thing was our final day biking into Trieste. The route put us on a road that was absolutely harrowing - no shoulder at times, fast moving traffic including busses and trucks. It felt decidedly unsafe and I would never have put cyclists on such a route. So all in all, we had a good time and saw some beautiful country but moving forward we decided we would go back to planning our own trips where we have more control over the quality of the bikes and the route, plus obviously it's cheaper to do the planning yourself.

Fun bike tour - bespoke 2 hours
· Edinburgh to Shore of Leith Bike Tour
We all had a lot of fun touring Edinburgh with Ricky! We were a group of 6 and he was very good at keeping us all safe and a very knowledgeable tour guide. It was great to have a bespoke 2 hour tour - although we didn't make it to Leith there was plenty to see in the 2 hours. and the e-bikes were brilliant on those steep hills!

Beautiful scenery - well organised
· Dolomites to Trieste via Lake Bled at the Foot of the Julian Alps
Cycling is an awesome way to see some beautiful scenery and experience the area. The tour itinerary is great - very achievable daily rides and the app showing the routes worked well though a couple of recent changes to the path need updating.
The luggage transfers and accommodations all were very well organised -

super easy town to bike in
· Copenhagen Highlights Bike Tour
Next to Amsterdam, Copehagen is a super bike friendly town. If cycling in a group bothers you, you can also just rent your own bike to see the sights...I believe they also offer private tours.

The best Beatles tour in Liverpool
Liverpool City & The Beatles Private E-Bike Tour
This was an outstanding tour of Liverpool’s Beatles history, and the history of Liverpool as a port city. Our guide, Dale, was incredibly friendly and gave us high-quality commentary throughout the tour, teaching even lifelong Beatles fans something new about the band!
The tour took us to the two main cathedrals, to the schools of John, Paul and George, the homes of John, Paul and Ringo, Strawberry Fields, Penny Lane, Woolton Village, Sefton Park, the grave of Eleanor Rigby, and along the beautiful Mersey promenade. By bike, we were able to reach places I hadn’t been able to see on a bus tour.
I especially enjoyed our stop at Strawberry Fields, where we were given the chance to stop for coffee and see the original piano used by Lennon to record ‘Imagine’, complete with cigarette marks! Likewise, popping into the gift store on Penny Lane was a lovely touch.
Our tour guide Dale, assisted by Sean, made sure we were comfortable all the way and took time to get to know us. I was impressed not only by his knowledge but by his commitment to making this an eco-friendly tour. It finished with a very relaxing ride along the promenade by the Mersey, with beautiful views of the river.
We were kitted out with top quality e-bikes which made the whole tour very easy. Naming them after famous Liverpudlians is a great touch, and it was a brilliant atmosphere having the tunes of the Beatles playing from Dale’s bike as we cycled.
I would highly recommend this tour to everyone wanting to discover authentic Liverpool, even if they aren’t a Beatles superfan – you get to see so much of the city. For a Beatles fan, this tour can’t be beaten.

fun times!
· Dubrovnik Bike Tour with Wine Tasting
Great way to see Dubrovnik, try some of the local wines. If the guide doesn't mention it, ask them to tell you about the history of the Serbs bombing the town from above. I think something like 16,000 bombs hit the area from above. Super cool way to see the local area.

· Highlights of The Hague Bike Tour
This is a great way for passing tourists to see the highlights of the capital of Holland's government. If you are in the area for a while I would also encourage you to check out Deft down the road.

Scenic and interesting
· Prague to Dresden Along the Vltava & Elbe Rivers
Overall--a great trip.
There was some confusion at the beginning, as we were given a different hotel name than the one we were actually scheduled to stay in. Also, connecting with the taxi driver took several calls and emails. Things went smoothly after that--we were met by the tour leaders for an informative meeting.
The maps and information were basically good. But the information should stress more strongly that riders should look for the little yellow signs. This works much better than trying to follow the maps. We also found the GPS app NOT helpful. The turn by turn uses too much battery, and the downloaded maps are no better than the paper maps.
The route was well set up, with appropriate biking distances each day and good tips on sights to see along the way. We loved the Czech Swiss national park.
Hotels were reasonable except for the U Zamku in Melnik. The room was primitive and smelled musty, and the breakfast was terrible.- What was the date of your tour?

Exceeded my expectations
· Danube Bike Path 7 Nights (Classic)
The natural scenery was beautiful. Our hotels were charming, and they outdid themselves with breakfasts consisting of fresh loaves of bread, fresh fruits galore, fresh yogurt and nuts, meats and eggs.
At first I was skeptical of the road bike because it was heavy, but sturdy turned out to be a good thing, and it was comfortable to ride all the way.- What was the date of your tour?

First time bike trip
· · Amsterdam – Bruges by Bike and Boat – Magnifique II (and reverse)
Wasnt sure what to expect as a first for this experience but was impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of the boat accommodations. Crew and guides were awesome, always helpful.
Compliments to the chef for his presentation on the food, no lack of portions, although the dinners werent always what I was used to eating, I did try some things, great choices for breakfast, Bread was awesome. It was nice to have the appetizers on our return. Would have been nice ,a couple of days ,to take time at a cafe stop to order a lunch rather than take the same sandwich each day . -

Magic experience!
· Wild Atlantic Way Cycling
Right from the first pedal stroke, we were blown away with the west of Ireland's beauty. Riding out to Roundstone is a must - the stunning white sandy beaches surprised us - we swam in the chilly water but was sooo good. Sky Road was fun as was the ferry ride across to Inishboffin. The hospitality we enjoyed on the Island was fantastic - Andrew was an excellent host at the hotel. Next day onto Leenane - weather was a bit changeable so stopping off at the hauntingly beautiful Kylemore Abbey was an excellent option. The amazing gardens, mini- cathedral & mausoleum were unforgettable highlights. Leenane Hotel was a welcome sight for weary bodies. Wet next morning so we waited till mid afternoon to cycle the delightful Renvyle Peninsula in sunshine. Onto Louisburgh via the spectacular Delphi & Doolough valleys was an awesome experience tinged with much sadness when we read the words on the memorial about half way through. A night in Louisburgh staying gorgeous Mary & Pat & then onto Westport which is a super place to end the ride. We visited Westport House where once again we were blown away by its beauty. An epic ride with a great itinerary ride that we will look back on with very fond memories. Sincere thank you to Irmie & team for providing excellent, friendly & helpful service.
