Pearls of Dalmatia by Bike and Boat, Romantica
The islands are a must see if traveling to Croatia. This tour made it so easy to enjoy. The guides were excellent. They were patient, answered questions thoroughly, did a good job trouble shooting, giving us anticipatory guidance and let us go at the pace that was comfortable to us. We were able to stop frequently for photos. We've never done a guided tour before and planned to DIY on the islands. It would have been much more difficult trying to coordinate catching the few ferries that take bikes if we did it on our own. It was great to not worry about navigation, accommodations, etc. We just pedaled, ate, enjoyed and repeated. Only 3 of us used regular bikes. The other 20+ riders used e-bikes and had varying experience cycling

We did a self guided tour, the tour director met with us and provided interesting info about Croatia, the routes we would follow, accessing the ferries and more. He was very patient as two 70 year olds mastered the GPS route guidance. It was a great tour and nice to come back to our small apartment each day. The apartment host was very accommodating as well.

A Wonderful Trip all around!!
Coastal Islands of Southern Dalmatia
This was a terrific tour with great biking, awesome swimming off of the boat, great food and wonderfully attentive guides and crew!! I would do this trip again in a heartbeat!!

Stunningly beautiful bike trip!
Split to Dalmatian Islands
The perfect way to discover Croatia. Enjoyed biking Split and three Dalmatian islands. Very safe and clean, with minimal traffic early October. Adriatic Sea and communities so beautiful.

This was our group's seventh European self-guided bike tour, and without a doubt the best. From the beginning communication was precise and prompt, planning was perfect. The equipment was excellent the navigation instructions were the best, calls for equipment adjustment were addressed promptly and efficiently

First Boat/Bike tour; would do it again!

Our guide and boat crew were great. We had some bad weather and they worked together to make up for it by diverting to other islands. We used e bikes with pedal assist; they were very nice bikes. There were extra bikes and batteries in case of problems. There was a nice balance of boat, bike, and independent on shore time

Great great trip
Pearls of Dalmatia by Bike and Boat, Romantica
What a great trip. Except for the condition of the "hybrid" bike I had (did not use e-bike), everything about this trip was beyond expectations...cabin, food, support, guides. My wife and I have been on other bike trips and have loved them. This trip was truly the best we have done. Everything was done to make the trip 5 stars. Modifications, when needed, were made with consideration for providing the best experience possible. For the casual rider or not in top notch condition
individual, an e-bike, is a must and will make the riding experience way fun. The islands are beautiful. The ride routes have challenging climbs. Guides were extremely knowledgeable, and supportive. The Romantica is charming and seemed the perfect match and vibe for the itinerary.
There are newer and more "glamorous" ships we encountered, but was glad to be on the Romantica.Highest recommendation.
As noted above, my only negative was the non e-bikes provided us. I am an very experienced rider and the bikes provided (the first one was not in acceptable riding condition, and the second provide was just slightly better) were poorly maintained, with shifters not working properly, rusty chains, etc., the wrong size for me, and the rides would have been way more enjoyable on a "good" bike. E-bikes appeared in good condition and well maintained.
In spite of this, I loved this trip.

Wonderful biking in the islands!
Split to Dalmatian Islands
This tour is a wonderful way to ride as much or as little as you want to. The self guided tours are very easy to follow using the app, and the bikes were in excellent condition. Taking the ferries out to the islands each day was very easy, and the islands themselves are very beautiful, with little traffic. Our tour contact, Michael, was very responsive and took care of the minor problems we had very quickly. The lodging was excellent.

National Parks of Dalmatia by Bike/E-bike and Boat
This was a great way to see a lot of places in Croatia. The boat crew and guides were fabulous!! The food was amazing, the rooms were very comfortable - so happy to have air conditioning! We had a great group of people on the boat and went away new friends from all over. The e-bikes were necessary because of the hills. I would definitely do another bike cruise with this company!

Excellent trip and better than expected!
South Dalmatia Bike/E-bike and Boat
We had a wonderful time on our visit to the Croatian Islands. The biking was wonderful and gave us a good overview of the islands with beautiful views. The islands were better than we anticipated and absolutely beautiful. The accommodations were comfortable and the boat was well maintained. The crew on the boat was exceptional, and the chef was very accommodating to the four vegans on board. He created special meals for us that were consistent with the theme, but we’re also meeting our needs and absolutely delicious. We cannot say enough about our guides, Luka and Luka. What a delightful pair of young men. Very attentive during the rides and their classes on how to speak Croatian were hysterical. They were able to add in special sights and stops that were most appreciated. Also their sing-along on our final night. - what a fun time and great way to end the trip!

Croatia really exceeded our expectations. The scenery, food and wine was great and the hotels on this tour were very nice. (We chose the upgraded options on our tour). Seeing the islands on a bike was the way to go. Also worth noting, we cut out a day on our itinerary due to time constraints and the team was very accommodating.

Beautiful trip
Split to Dubrovnik: The Islands and Coastline of Croatia
Croatia is absolutely beautiful, and what better way to explore by bike. Our guide was fully prepared, and gave us a history of the areas we were going to ride. The only hiccup we had was finding the first ferry to board, but we asked the locals and they pointed us in the right direction. Beautiful trip; I specifically loved Hvar Town. The hotel we stayed in was incredible and the view of the sea from our room was stunning.

Split to Dubrovnik: The Islands and Coastline of Croatia
Such a beautiful and well-organized trip. The provider met us at our hotel, gave us an extensive overview, fitted us to our bikes, and sent us on our way. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and really took his time making sure we had all the information we needed. The bikes were in excellent condition, and included helmets, repair kits, pumps, and small rack-top bike bags. The routes were all on RideWithGPS and had excellent details, including sites of interest and restaurant recommendations. There were no serious glitches and the provider was very quick to respond to my questions via text along the way. A few pointers: first, though the distances are short, there are a number of significant hills. We did fine on our regular bikes but if you are unsure whether to get an eBike, consider those hills. Second, the boat transfer includes a private speedboat -- our ride was very bumpy because of the wind, not for the faint of heart. The hotels were wonderful and the food, wine, olive oil, and sightseeing were fantastic!!

Highly recommend. The islands are stunning - beautiful natural harbors, wineries, picturesque towns, charming local restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops. The rides were beautiful and very manageable (over the course of a day). Hotels were quite nice and transfers were flawless. We upgraded to carbon fiber bikes which was nice.
