Our best bike trip yet!
Denmark and Sweden by Sail and Bike
We loved this adventure - exploring the northern Denmark and southern Sweden coasts on bike and enjoying the maritime charm of a sailing ship. The enthusiastic ship crew and knowledgeable bike guides made this journey quite special. Their interaction with guests and among themselves proved stellar as they functioned as a cohesive team to meet the needs of guests. The morning buffet was superb, and the dinners won the hearts of the foodies within the group. Quarters met our needs but if you are very tall, the beds may be on the short side. Hot showers are important after a day of riding - the water was plenty hot! We liked the ship and crew so much we are considering booking the Atlantis during their Mediterranean tour.

Danube Delights: Biking through Four Countries
We had a lot of fun on the e-bikes. It was a fantastic way to see the countryside. The boat was not luxurious, but would be considered adequate. We did not like the Cruise Director. He was more interested in being right about things than he was in pleasing his guests.

Disappointed with my meals as I don’t eat fish the meal I got was a chicken leg everyone else had prawns and a main of full fish

A dream vacation with a rough start
UNESCO Highlights of Dalmatia by E-bike and Boat
I would have given this a 5 star rating if not for the confusion when it came to boarding the boat. There were 2 ships picking up passengers at the same time with little organization to do so. A sign with each boats name would have solved a lot of that problem. Plus not being given the option to go to the boat immediately was a bit of a pain. The Cruise portion was a blast, great guides and bike rides. Boat was beautiful and the accommodations and food were excellent.

Well organized tour although our guide was not aware of road closures or changes a few times. It would be appreciated if more scheduled bathroom stops were available.

Fantastic Trip
Denmark and Sweden by Sail and Bike
This was our 5th bike trip and by all measures, the best. Denmark and Sweden are beautiful this time of year with everything blooming. We can’t say enough about the boat’s crew and our guides. The food was a 5 star experience at every meal! Biking was a dream as well, with perfectly paved bike paths well away from car traffic. While there was some elevation change, our e-bikes made for easy and enjoyable rides. During the week we made numerous stops at palaces, forts and several beautiful cathedrals. One of the week’s highlights was a day of sailing on our 3 masted ship. When all 14 sails were up it was so much fun. We recommend this trip to anyone looking for a great adventure.

Delightful Doesn't Begin to Describe It! Incredible scenery, history, and perfect amount of riding
Danube Delights: Biking through Four Countries
This is my second tour through biketours.com, and it was incredible. I've never done a bike and boat tour, but I would absolutely do it again. It was wonderful to unpack and have the same room to come back to every day. We did May 17-24th 2026, and the weather was outstanding; sunny and 75 degrees. I loved the format of the itinerary as we would ride in the country and alternate with visting a city the next day. The amount of architecture and history you will see in one week is truly breathtaking. Cycling through the Austrian countryside, particularly Wachau, was dreamy as well. I highly recommend this tour on e-bike if you want to have a more relaxing time, but the Danube cycle path is very flat and easy for regular bikes too. One of the highlights was seeing a classical music concert at Schonbrunn Palace in Vienna. Wow, wow, wow! Food on the ship was good, and the tour guide's daily brief and visual slides before the ride were excellent. They have an app called Guibo that provides very good GPS navigation of the route with particular stops of interest marked.

A magnificent way to view a country. Biked over dykes, along canals, through back yards, farmers fields, small villages and large cities. A great variety. Excellent guides, boat staff and many new friends.

It is the perfect way to travel and cycle. Great activity trip!! Cabins were well appointed and food was fantastic. Loved the views at every turn. The Mosel is beautiful and the little towns along the way were so quaint. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful way to experience Croatia
Pearls of Dalmatia by Bike and Boat, Romantica
We loved our tour of the southern islands of Croatia. The biking guides, Sudan and Marko, were very good and knowledgeable. Made our biking sessions very enjoyable. Our boat, Romantica, was great and the crew was first rate!

Great Way to See Holland
Amsterdam – Gouda – Bruges by Bike and Boat
The trip follows an interesting route along canals and through small towns. It avoids roads for the most part following bike paths. There are ALOT of bikes on the paths so you need to pay attention.

We loved our guides, Jack and Giota. The start of our trip had some rough seas delays, but they were very adept at figuring out alternative activities on the days we couldn’t sail. The food cooked by Nondas was excellent!
