Starting near the North Carolina Museum of Art, you’ll meet your guide and get comfortable with your e-bike before heading out along the picturesque ‘Art to Heart Trail’. Before you start cycling, you’ll hear unsettling stories of unexpected encounters at the NCMA that might make you look at these beautiful surroundings a little differently…

You’ll then ride to Meredith College, long regarded as one of the most haunted campuses in the United States, where quiet halls, late-night footsteps, and unexplained sightings have given the college a reputation that goes well beyond local folklore.

From here, you’ll cycle through Dorothea Dix Park, where your guide will regale you with eerie reports that have emerged from the nearby mental asylums and cemeteries, along with immersive digital videos that bring these legends to life.

En route back to the Art Museum, you’ll circle back to the North Carolina State Campus and the scenic greenway trail, soaking up stories of Raleigh’s local history along the way.
