Explore enchanting Kelowna, from its mountain views to its lakeside trails

Encounter the major highlights of Kelowna on this fascinating e-bike tour of the city, taking you from the Kelowna Sails to the Kasugai Gardens via Boyce Gyro Beach Park, Father Pandosy's Mission, Knox Mountain Drive Lookout, and more.

Your day tour kicks off at Kelowna Sails – Robert Dow Reid’s stunning ‘Spirit of Sail’ fibreglass sculpture. Standing 12 meters high and weighing 1,820 kilograms, Reid’s art installation has become an iconic part of the Kelowna cityscape.

Your electric bike tour then pedals to Boyce Gyro Beach Park, a breathtaking beach on the Okanagan Lake boasting golden sands, shady trees, and beautiful views of the Kelowna skyline.

Riding onwards to Mission Creek Regional Park, discover the area’s gorgeous creekside trails that wind through the shadows of towering trees.

Pedaling onwards to the Father Pandosy Mission, you’ll explore one of the most historically important sites in the Okanagan. This was the first European settlement in the region and the original home of Father Pandosy, who moved to Kelowna in 1859 and established many of Okanagan’s ‘first’ centers – a church, school, and fruit and tobacco fields. Today, visitors can stroll the grounds and explore the earliest stories of the Kelowna region.

Your e-bike tour then continues up to Knox Mountain Drive Lookout – one of the best panoramic vantage points for capturing incredible photos of Kelowna and Okanagan Lake.

From this stunning view point, you’ll ride down to Rotary Marsh Park, a peaceful nature retreat known as the ‘wild corner’ of downtown. This gorgeous environmental project is a story of hope, conservation, and commitment. This once-neglected area has been transformed into a thriving natural paradise now home to painted turtles, great blue herons, ospreys, and colorful wildflowers.

From here, your guided Kelowna tour will lead you to the celebrated Kasugai Gardens, a Japanese-inspired landscaped garden home to flowering trees, peaceful streams, and a Koi carp pond.

Your bike tour will then lead you to the Laurel Packing House, a stunning wooden heritage building in the Kelowna Cultural District known for being Kelowna’s oldest and largest-surviving fruit-packing warehouse. These days, this beautiful building also houses the BC Wine Museum and Okanagan Wine and Orchard Museum. It’s an atmospheric setting in which to reflect on the beauty you’ve discovered all along your enchanting Kelowna bike tour.
