Day 1: Individual arrival to Castellammare di Stabia, embarkation
We welcome you onboard the Caique at 6:00pm in Marina di Castellammare di Stabia (Naples). The crew welcomes guests with drinks, dinner, and presentation of the program.

Day 2: Castellammare di Sabia – Pompeii – Sorrento (10 miles/15 km, +/-131 ft elevation)
Today's cycle route leads you to Pompeii and the Villa dei Misteri, the world's largest open-air archaeological site in the world. Return journey to the Marina di Castellammare and departure with the caique towards Sorrento. Walking visit of the town and return to the boat.
Overnight on board at the Marinadi Cassano in roadstead* or in the port in case of bad weather conditions.
Day 3: Sorrento – Positano – Amalfi (22 miles/35 km, +/-2297 ft elevation)
You will start exploring by bike the Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast (Costiera Amalfitana), where you will cycle along the wonderful road overlooking the sea up to Positano. Afterward you will continue towards Amalfi, one of the four Italian Maritime Republics during the Middle Ages. Free dinner and overnight in the harbor of Amalfi.

Day 4: Amalfi – Minori – Vietri – Cetara or Ravello (18 miles/27 km, +/-1967 ft elevation; optional Ravello route 24 miles/37 km, +/-2297 ft elevation)
From Amalfi you continue cycling along the coast with some ups and downs overlooking the sea, crossing the villages of Minori, Maiori, and Cetara. It is possible to make a deviation and reach Ravello where you can enjoy a wonderful view over the whole Gulf of Salermo and up to the Cilento mountains.
You finally reach Vietri, famous for its polychrome ceramics. You come back on board. Dinner and overnight in the small fishing port of Cetara.
Day 5: Capri
Today is dedicated to the fashionable island of Capri, which you will explore on foot. Do not miss the panorama over the famous cliffs called Faraglioni: here you will overlook the whole Gulf of Naples dominated by the volcano Vesuvius. In the afternoon your Caique will leave for Ischia. Overnight in the harbor of Ischia Casamicciola.

Day 6: Ischia (12 miles/20 km, +/-984 ft elevation)
Ischia is the biggest island in the Gulf of Naples and deserves to be explored by bike! Starting from the port of Ischia, you will cycle in the western side of the island, among the scents and flavors of the Mediterranean sea, crossing little hamlets along the way. Overnight in the harbor of Ischia Sant’Angelo.

Day 7: Procida – Pozzuoli
Last but not least, you will have the chance to explore the enchanting island of Procida, with its black sand beaches. Your Caique will then sail up to Pozzuoli, in the bay of Naples, which you will visit on foot, including the Roman Amphitheatre. Finally, you will navigate back to Marina di Castellammare di Stabia. Day 8: Individual departure or additional nights
Disembarkation after breakfast.

*The boat will be docked in port for 6 overnights of this tour. The remaining night, the ship will stay anchored in roadstead. A roadstead is a place outside the harbor where the ship can lie at anchor. It is an enclosed area with an opening to the sea. Natural roadsteads offer shelter from storms, winds, and currents, and are frequently used for naval bases.
