• Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the start of the tour.
• No refund if cancelled within 48 hours of the start of the tour.
• For private tours full refund up to 21 days before.
• In case of continuous and heavy rain: special cancellation under or up to 90 minutes before tour start.

The reservation has a cancellation policy of 24 hours from the date and time of departure of the booked tour. The Tour will not be canceled in caseof adverse weather conditions (see point 4.5 below). Therefore, in such situations, no refunds will be granted, nor will there be any change of reservation.
