With the added benefit of bike rental, you’ll take in the highlights of this incandescent island in half a day, with optional sightseeing spots including Mgarr ix-Xini Bay, Dwejra, the Salt Pans, and the Sanap Cliffs. Upon your arrival, your tour guide will work with your group to establish your ideal itinerary, either on the west or east side of the island, so you can make the most of this Mediterranean paradise.
You’ll have the chance to build everlasting memories in Mgarr ix-Xini Bay, an ocean paradise in the gorgeous gorge west of Mgarr Harbor. Bring your swimsuits and enjoy an unforgettable dip in the transfixing turquoise waters of the Mediterranean. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie chose Mgarr ix-Xini Bay for their honeymoon, so you can be sure its white sands and verdant cliffs are of star quality!
The next potential destination on your e-bike tour is Dwejra, a dramatic coastal formation boasting the Azure Window archway. This is a truly magical location, where divers discovered the Blue Hole, swimmers enjoy the alluring aquamarine waters, and sunbathers stretch out with enviable views of General’s Rock. Fans of the hit HBO series Game of Thrones will recognise the Azure Window, used as the backdrop to the Dothraki wedding between Daenerys Targaryen and Khal Drogo in Series 1!
Cycle on to the Salt Pans, a mosaic of salt pans in a bedazzling geometric pattern appearing from above like an azure honeycomb. These days, the pans are owned by a small selection of farmers, who harvest the salt traditionally each year.
Gozo is an island of sensational seascapes, where rocky white outcrops rise from the crystalline waters, and the Sanap Cliffs offer spectacular vistas of sheer cliff faces. This was by far the best activity on Gozo. We had an active immersive experience and managed to see historic landmarks we would otherwise not have known about. The e-bikes were comfortable and well maintained and our tour guide was fabulous; both professional and friendly. Could not rate this high enough.

Our favorite Activity on Gozo
· Highlights of Gozo E-Bike Tour
This tour is a must -do! The tour guide - Chris was fantastic. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable and made sure everyone was safe and having a good time. There is nothing like biking through the Gozo Countryside with the smell of wild fennell, capers and flowers. We road past beautiful churches, farms and along the coast. We stopped for mini-hikes to see amazing views and at a beach for a refreshment. It was an unforgettable day for us all!
