Day 1: Metz
Arrive in Metz and check into your hotel from 4 pm. Set at the crossroads of ancient Roman trade routes, Metz is a city where history, culture, and architecture blend seamlessly. Spend the afternoon and evening exploring its elegant streets, lively squares, and welcoming cafés.
One of the city's most impressive landmarks is Saint-Étienne Cathedral, one of the largest Gothic cathedrals in France. Its soaring nave, flying buttresses, and magnificent stained-glass windows, including works by Marc Chagall, have earned it the nickname "The Lantern of God." Stroll through the historic center, admire the city's gardens and riverfront promenades, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere before beginning your cycling adventure.
Day 2: Metz – Schengen
Meet your tour leaders at 11 am and enjoy a guided introduction to Metz with a local expert. Learn about the city's Roman origins and centuries of history before enjoying free time for lunch and collecting your luggage.
A coach transfer takes you south to Schengen, where your vessel awaits. Located at the meeting point of Luxembourg, Germany, and France, Schengen is known worldwide as the birthplace of the Schengen Agreement, which transformed travel across much of Europe. After boarding, meet the crew, settle into your cabin, and get fitted for your bicycle. A short test ride ensures everyone is ready for the days ahead before gathering for a welcome dinner on board.
Day 3: Schengen - Remich

Your first cycling day begins in Schengen as you follow the scenic Mosel through vineyard-covered hills, peaceful villages, and rolling countryside. The route introduces you to the landscapes that have made this region famous among wine lovers for centuries.
Along the way, visit the village of Nennig, home to one of the finest Roman mosaics north of the Alps. Preserved in its original location, the intricate floor once formed the centerpiece of a luxurious Roman villa. Created from approximately three million individual tiles, the mosaic depicts scenes of gladiatorial games and other spectacles from a Roman amphitheater.
Continue to Remich, a charming riverside town known as the "Pearl of the Mosel." Its pleasant waterfront promenade, surrounding vineyards, and relaxed atmosphere make it an ideal introduction to Luxembourg's wine-growing region.
