Day 1: Arrival in Hurghada – Sahl Hasheesh

Your Egypt cycling holiday begins at Hurghada International Airport, where our local team will welcome you and assist with your Egyptian visa on arrival. This convenient visa service is included in your tour package, making your arrival in Egypt smooth and stress-free. Day 2: Sahl Hasheesh & Red Sea

After breakfast, meet your cycling guides for a professional bike fitting before setting out on your first ride in Egypt. Today's relaxed 15 km (9-mile) cycling route is an easy introduction to your Egypt cycling tour, following the scenic Sahl Hasheesh beachfront promenade and passing the marina before continuing along the beautiful Red Sea coastline. With its relaxed pace and stunning coastal scenery, this introductory ride is the perfect way to ease into your Red Sea cycling holiday. Return to SRNTY Sahl Hasheesh and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Relax on the private sandy beach, cool off in one of the resort's spacious swimming pools, including a heated pool, or enjoy the selection of restaurants and bars included with your all-inclusive stay. For a memorable end to the day, take an evening walk along the waterfront promenade and enjoy the views of the Red Sea as the sun sets.

Day 3: Sahl Hasheesh – Dendera – Luxor

After a relaxed morning in Sahl Hasheesh, leave the Red Sea coast behind and travel by coach into the Nile Valley. Along the way, stop for a traditional Egyptian lunch before visiting the Temple of Dendera, one of Egypt's best-preserved ancient temples. The Temple of Dendera is renowned for its remarkably preserved reliefs and colorful astronomical ceiling, offering a fascinating glimpse into the history and culture of ancient Egypt. In the afternoon, continue to Luxor, the legendary former capital of ancient Egypt and one of the world's most important archaeological destinations. Here, you'll board your floating home for the week, the superior-class hotel ship H/S Nebu. Day 4: Luxor East Bank Ride

Cycle through Luxor to reach the vast Karnak Temple complex, a site built over more than 2,000 years by successive rulers. Walk among colossal columns in the Great Hypostyle Hall before riding through farmland along canals fed by the Nile. After a picnic lunch, visit Luxor Temple, which glows warmly in the late afternoon light. This evening, return to the ship for dinner and enjoy traditional music and dance onboard.

Day 5: Luxor – Esna Ride

Ride along peaceful Nile-side roads past sugarcane fields, palm groves, and farming villages, which have remained largely unchanged over generations. Lunch is served outdoors before arriving in Esna, home to the Temple of Khnum, dedicated to the god who's believed to have fashioned humanity on a potter’s wheel. Explore the market before returning to your ship and continuing south along the Nile.

Day 6: Kom Ombo – Aswan Ride

Disembark early to explore the unique Temple of Kom Ombo, devoted to both Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon god. The riverside location once attracted real crocodiles, and the nearby museum displays preserved specimens. After sailing onward to Aswan, cycle through a Nubian village on the West Bank and visit a local school to meet residents and learn about Nubian culture. Cross the river at sunset in a traditional felucca before dinner and a Nubian music performance onboard.

Day 7: Aswan Exploration Ride

Day 9: Luxor West Bank Ride

Day 11: Saqqara & Coptic Cairo

Day 12: Giza Plateau Ride
