Pushing off in the picturesque village of Gruda, this guided day tour explores the beautiful agricultural region of Konavle. You'll ride past traditional mills, powered by the natural flow of the Ljuta River, through verdant woodland, and into the Medieval village of Pridvorje. Here, park your bike up for a short break in the shadows of a Franciscan monastery. On your return, you will sample the local wines, liqueurs and refreshments that define this region. In an old and atmospheric wine cellar, you'll find all the flavors to revitalize your senses after the ride!

Unique activity from Dubrovnik, made better by wine!!
We were so excited for this excursion and it lived up to our expectations. Igor was truly the best guide - he was so easy to chat with, shared so many facts about the region with us, and also was the best bike support. Two members of our group were not strong bikers, and he helped give confidence for the ~1-2 hour ride. Even better than that - he took photos of us while biking, helping our Strava posts after!! On some of the tough uphills, Igor was a great coach for the gear changes and general motivation. My legs were burning but it was fun.
This trip was so easy (with the exception of some uphills on the bike...) from being picked up right outside of our apartment to having the bikes set up for us, and finally getting a really cool tasting at the winery. We had a great time at the winery and really enjoyed talking with Nico. He was equally intelligent in his realm about Rakya and wine, and we really had a great experience there. I brought back a few bottles for friends and family after, which I'm very excited to forget to share with them...
Overall a great trip. While we expected a cutesy girly ride through wineries with a glass in hand, this was an even cooler adventure. We started off with the ~1-2 hour bike ride, which then made the winery a tasty reward. Plus, lots of food there to fill our bellies!! Highly recommend if you have an extra day in Dubrovnik and want to do something adventurous.

Lovely afternoon in Konovle
Our guide Alex was great making sure we were all comfortable suited and he provided a bit of history on the tour. Loved stopping at Konoba for lunch and wine tasting. Highly recommended.

Flexible and customizable private bike tour
A great way to see and learn about the history of the fertile valley of the Konovale region. We saw Roman aqueducts, a 300yr old tree in the courtyard of a church, a terrific overlook from the cliffs above the Adriatic Sea and the a delightful lunch stop at family vineyard. Highly recommend this day bike tour.

fun times!
Great way to see Dubrovnik, try some of the local wines. If the guide doesn't mention it, ask them to tell you about the history of the Serbs bombing the town from above. I think something like 16,000 bombs hit the area from above. Super cool way to see the local area.

Best way to discover the country
We had a rainy day but a fantastic ride into the country. First time using e-bikes and they were very helpful with the many hills. The wine tasting was very informative and fun. Our local guide Joseph was very helpful and flexible to ensure we had a good experience. This was an excellent way to feel and smell the country side.
