Palma Bicycle Tours cancellation policy for our OPEN TOURS:If the service is canceled due to external causes (atmospheric conditions, catastrophes, emergency situations, canceled cruise calls …) that prevent its correct development, no amount will be charged from the client and, if it is the case, the entire amount of the advanced payment from the client to our company, will be returned. In the event of a date change, we will always try to reach an agreement to settle a new date and not modify costs. In the event of not being able to find a new date close to the first date, the client can ask for a voucher that will be valid from the date of the purchase (of the first tour), during 2 years.In the event of a reduction in the number of participants, if notice is received less than 24 hrs in advance, it will not be discounted from the first agreed price. If notified enough in advance, the unsubscribed participant will not be charged. If the client does not show up and has not previously communicated its wish to change the date of the tour enough in advance (a “no-show”), the total amount agreed for the group will be charged and, if applicable, what has already been anticipated by the client will be discounted as a deposit from the total amount.
