Your city tour will start at Mohammed V Avenue, where your guide will point out the elegant French colonial architecture of the buildings that line the street. Cycling on to the Central Market, located in the heart of Casablanca, you'll be dazzled by a whirl of colors, smells and sounds that delight the senses and are an immersive introduction to the vast offerings of Casablanca's traditional souks. From here, you'll ride on to United Nations Square, a symbol of Casablanca's modernization and global connection, before weaving your way through the Old Medina, a district that dates back to the 16th century.
Your day tour will proceed to the spectacular Sqala, a fortification that was built by the Portuguese in the 16th century. The guided tour will then continue to Casablanca Marina, where you'll cruise past the yachts that glisten in the bay. Ride on to the Hassan II Mosque, which was built in the late 20th century and is the largest functioning mosque in Morocco. You’ll then wend your way along the Corniche on this bicycle tour, before stopping at El Hank Lighthouse, which has been guiding ships into Casablanca's harbor for over a century. Your bike tour will then take you to Moulay Youssef Avenue, a bustling street named after a former king of Morocco that offers a glimpse of Casablanca's vibrant modernity. From here, you’ll emerge into the lush green space of the Arab League Park.
Your day tour will then stop at the Sacred Heart Cathedral, an historic Catholic church that was built in the early 20th century. Gazing up at its stunning stained glass windows, your guide will explain the city's religious history and how Muslim, Catholic and Jewish people have lived together in Casablanca for centuries. After leading you to Nevada Skatepark, your guide will make a stop in the Mohammed V Square, a beautiful public square located in the heart of Casablanca. Finally, your guided tour will conclude with a ride down Prince Moulay Abdellah Street, a busy commercial street lined with shops, cafes, and restaurants.
