Vietnamese Junks
11 cabins
Carved dragon heads adorn the fronts of the Junks sailing through Ha Long Bay and Bai Tu Bay. In Vietnamese tradition, dragons are one of the four sacred animals, and they proudly lead these classic wooden boats through the stunning, storybook cliffs of the South China Sea. It’s easy to feel at ease on board—the lounge, with its cushioned wicker chairs and colorful rugs, adds a cozy touch to the experience. At mealtimes, the tables are carefully set, with folded cloth napkins that look like little works of art. The crew, dressed in crisp white uniforms, welcome you with a friendly smile and a refreshing drink—just one example of the warm hospitality that’s so typical of Vietnam.
