We were very happy
Great starting point in Munich. I would recommend coming 2-3 days prior starting date to sightsee the city, it has plenty to offer.
Overall beautiful scenery, rolling hills,Alps in background, lots of beautiful lakes! We took time and visited Ludwig’s castles, very memorable expierence, we were glad to watch the movies and do some reading on the subject beforehand! Weather was fabulous, blue skies everyday, if anything too hot! Overall great orgenizer ( well marked route, quiet trails, good bikes)!
A glimpse of Germany
An excellent trip marred by poor, offhand introduction , no English guidebook available until 2nd day, odometer on one bike not working, other bike not well calibrated!
Great trip thru Bavaria
The hotels were an interesting collection. The included breakfasts were all quite good.
The bikes were in good shape (although I personally don't like grip shift) and well-tuned although to get what we originally requested, we both had to select different bikes from their inventory at the start.
The route directions were quite detailed, and the ride out of Munich on the first day was easier than exiting most large cities on bikes. Still, I'm glad I requested the GPS routes in advance -- both for directions and some idea of elevation gain and grade.
The route was gorgeous, always with the Alps on the southern horizon and time built in to visit Neuschwanstein Castle on the third day.
Trip of a lifetime!
It was a great cycling experience! The Bavarian countryside was incredibly scenic.
Great route the scenery was fantastic
The route was great plenty to see and the best was to see Germany is on a bike. My only complant was that therre was construction on some of the route and could not follow the route at times I think adding a Garmin to at least one member would help.
Great bike ride, wonderful views.
All good, did a very good job with directions, and all questions answered.
