Day 1: Individual arrival to Castellammare di Stabia, embarkation
Leaving at 6:00pm from Marina di Castellammare di Stabia (Naples), the crew welcomes guests with drinks, dinner, and presentation of the program.
Overnight in Castellammare di Stabia.
Day 2: Castellammare di Sabia – Pompeii – Sorrento (9 miles/14 km, +/-131 ft elevation)
Today's cycle route leads you to Pompeii and the Villa dei Misteri, the world's largest open-air archaeological site in the world. Return journey to the Marina di Castellammare and departure with the caique towards Sorrento. Walking visit of the town and return to the boat.
Overnight on board at the Marinadi Cassano in roadstead or in the port in case of bad weather conditions.
Day 3: Sorrento – Positano – Amalfi (22 miles/34 km, +/-2297 ft elevation)
This morning you depart along the Sorrento coast. You cross "Passo San Pietro" (St. Peters pass) and enter the Amalfi Coast. The route cycles along scenic roads on the way to Positano. From Positano the tour continues to Amalfi, the most powerful Mariner Republic at the end of the 10th century. Return to the boat.
Overnight in Amalfi.
Day 4: Amalfi – Minori – Vietri – Cetara or Ravello (18 miles/29 km, +/-1967 ft elevation; optional Ravello route 24 miles/39 km, +/-2297 ft elevation)
From Amalfi you continue cycling along the coast with some ups and downs overlooking the sea, crossing the villages of Minori, Maiori, and Cetara. It is possible to make a deviation and go up towards Ravello.
From the village dominating the sea from 300 meters above sea level, you can enjoy a view beyond the Gulf of Salerno and up to the Cilento mountains. You return on the road along the coast to finally reach Vietri. You come back on board. Dinner and overnight in the small fishing port of Cetara.
Day 5: Capri
Today you will have a break from cycling. Disembark in Marina Piccola (Capri) for a walking exploration. You will have time to visit Capri's famous piazzetta and Faraglioni. Another highlight is a spectacular view from a cliff overlooking the Gulf of Naples dominated by Mount Vesuvius. In the afternoon, navigate to Ischia.
Overnight stay in the port of Ischia Casamicciola.
Day 6: Ischia (11 miles/18 km, +/-984 ft elevation)
Cycling from Ischia port you will cross by bike the west part of the island among the scents and flavors of the Mediterranean sea, crossing small villages. Once we reach the thermal village of S. Angelo, return to the boat.
Overnight in Ischia Sant' Angelo.
Day 7: Procida – Solfatara volcan
We travel by boat up to Procida, walking visit of the town and San Michele Abbey. Return to the boat to continue to Pozzuoli, in the bay of Naples. Transfer to reach the “Solfatara” site, a shallow volcanic crater part of the Campi Flegrei volcanic area. It is a dormant volcano, which still emits jets of steam with sulfurous fumes. The name comes from the Latin, Sulpha terra, land of sulfur, or sulfur earth. After the visit, return of foot to the boat. Navigation up to Marina di Castellammare di Stabia (in alternative, we reach Castellammare with public means).

Day 8: Individual departure or additional nights
Disembarkation at 9:00am. End of services.
