Bike tour programs for clubs
Much like our group programs, we can help you organize an overseas bike tour program for your club. Offering a bike tour adventure to your bike, hiking, or ski (or supper) club, alumni association, or service organization is a great opportunity for your members – and can even be a way to make money for your club or reward the organizer with a free trip!
We help customize a bike tour program to your specifications, and you have the option to build in a fee so the club earns revenue, too. Finally, we help you promote it to your members and community and handle the whole booking and payment process.
Developing your perfect program
One of our group sales staff will talk with you to learn as much as possible about what would appeal most to your members (destination, activities, duration, daily mileage, level of difficulty, special interests). Are your members recreational riders who want to explore scenic countryside and historic towns, or are they more competitive cyclists who want to experience more challenging terrain? Do they like to travel on their own, or do they want guides to cycle with them?
Based on your input, we suggest one or more tours from our website that are close to meeting your needs. Then we work with you to customize aspects like adding extra nights, revising daily distances, including activities or special sights, and more (as the tour allows).
Perks for clubs and organizers
We can build an additional fee into the tour price to help generate revenue for your club. Or we can even structure the per-person cost to help cover the cost of the organizer’s trip.
Just give us a call at (877) 462-2423, or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you'd like to get a head start, you can start thinking about:
